    Nice week off at a great resort

    We stayed at TRS Coral for a week. Victor and Freddy were our butlers, both very helpful, proactive, accommodating and caring. Victor arranged decorating our suite for our anniversary. It was beautiful. Both Victor and Freddy helped with the restaurant reservations. They asked every day if we need anything. Location and rooms were great. I wish I understood the butler’s service in the beginning. On the first day I had a bit of misunderstanding with housekeeping. Victor came over and resolved everything. I should have contacted him first. After that the week was flawless. We will definitely visit again. Customer service was great in all restaurants.

    Terrible food in Butler service

    Also, the restaurants quality of food was very poor. Most of the butler service was not helpful. the food st the pool area was very poor and You had to wait a very long time before someone came to take your drink and food orders. the rating of the hotel I would give you a 3 and that’s only because of the waiters and waitresses services was very good.

    Not bad

    Not bad. I do not like being solicited to at the pool for massages and such, and I feel the restaurants could have been better. The mexican restaurant was somehow the worst food kn the place.

    Great large resort

    There are activities for when you need to relax out of the sun, activities on the beach and plenty of quiet time to walk, sit on beach beds, hammocks and have your food and drinks brought to you. Beautiful property with all the benefits of a large resort and eating options. They’re now asking about (nut) allergy customers, and will go through options. Tennis is steps away and easy to book. Our concierges Mel & Karime were amazing - use your concierge!

    Overall was not a 5 star resort

    Appeared nice at first the constant baggering about spa excursions and timeshare made trip annoying not relaxing getting dinner reservations was a joke messaged butler at 7am and can’t get dinner till 10pm
