Amazing Service
Location : The beach is amazing! the sand is super white and the seats and umbrellas are very nice. Atmosphere : Mixture of young people and family, depends on the pool and area you are in. Rooms : Rooms were great! We choose a family room with a king sized bed and a bunk bed and it was definitely worth it value. Very clean aswelll, the cleaning ladies leave it amazingly. Noise Level : Music in the lobby, great honestly! The DJ plays mixed types of music mainly in spanish. Service : Best ever! Candida celebrated my daughters quince and made a special order for a cake in! She even asked the DJ to put a special song on. Candida is humble and kind, and I don't think I would've spent this much time without her. Juanito at the bar was a vibe! Santos at the morning buffet and brazilian restaurant is amazing! He's a young guy whose made our trip better! He sang happy birthday and make a cake for my daughter aswell, the food was also amazing. Food: The best restaurant was the Brazilian, and the rodizio style was great. The buffet food was good, but I reccomend eating the traditional Dominican food and the protein cooked on the grill. I also recommend the fruit as it was all sweet, even though it wasn't in season. The buffet is good, if you make it good. Don't go to the service concierge on the beach, it's a time share presentation and they get mad if you don't go. They don't work for princess, and I don't blame the resort.

Not the greatest experience!!
We recently returned from Caribe Deluxe Princess and have mixed reviews. The beach and pools were beautiful and staff friendly. The evening shows were great and enjoyed the beach bar. There is also some adorable cats wandering around and other wildlife. The downside is that we were given a room with a view of a vacant lot and had some issues there with bugs. They moved us to a different suite which was not cleaned, dead cockroaches, fake eyelashes on the floor, phone cord cut, fridge did not keep drinks cold. The food at the buffet was mediocre and it was difficult to book reservations at the other restaurants. We tried the sports bar and received undercooked burgers twice despite asking for well done. The resort allowed a bunch of vendors set up tables all along the walking paths and we were bombarded with relentless sales pitches making it uncomfortable to even walk around. Beautiful views but I don’t think I would book here again.

Recommend
We stayed here the first week in Novemeber and are already planning our return trip in 2026. We did upgrade to plantinum. The food and service was amazing. Jose Castro, Cepin, Ana and Andres at the platinum restaurant were awesome. The resort is kept immaculate and all the employees are so friendly and kind.
