Truly exceeded expectations
I was fortunate to experience the Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite program, and my stay at The Westin Reserva Conchal truly exceeded expectations. The resort is spacious and beautifully surrounded by greenery, with convenient electric shuttle service available throughout the property. Food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality that impressed us. One activity not to miss is the bike tour organized by the hotel — it’s a wonderful experience, but make sure to book it in advance through “Activities” as spots fill up quickly. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive care from the staff, especially Mr. Joaquín Cisneros (Service Express Manager), as well as Greibin and Pablo from the Concierge team, who were very punctual and helpful in assisting with my luggage during both check-in and check-out. The housekeeping staff also added thoughtful touches, such as the adorable towel art in our room, which brought us unexpected joy and made us feel genuinely cared for. A small tip: because the resort has so much lush greenery, it’s wise to bring mosquito repellent to stay comfortable outdoors. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I would gladly return and recommend this resort to friends and family.

Beautiful Resort With Lots To Do
We were there in early August and had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the weather was perfect. Overall, the food was pretty good, with some hit and misses, and the drinks were excellent. The beach is very scenic and shelly and the water was warm, but also a little rough. Our rooms were clean and the staff quickly attended to any problems or requests that we had. The grounds and pool were gorgeous. We booked 2 excursions through the hotel (zip lining and fishing) and 2 through Erik Garcia (on the beach) - ATV's and a trip to La Leona waterfall. The excursions through Erik were much better and less costly than the ones through the hotel. In fact, the two excursions booked through Erik were by far the highlight of the trip. My family and extended family consists of mostly boys/men in their teens and 20's and the waterfall excursion was perfect for them. It was beautiful and exciting at a great price - just what the boys were looking for! Highly recommend Erik - he wears the blue Google shirt on the beach. And I highly recommend the Westin resort for a great time, especially if you have teenagers and young adults.

Fantastic family vacation
Just got back from a week at the Westin Reserva Conchal with my husband and 2-year-old and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel upgraded us to a family suite when we arrived and it was nice to have a bit of extra space since toddler travel involves a lot of stuff. The staff were all very lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate us and were also so kind and sweet with our son. Overall the food was delicious. September is the slow time so we never had an issue getting a table for dinner (we did eat early though). Between the beach, pool and looking for iguanas with our little guy - it was a truly relaxing and easy holiday.

Family trip
We had a good time here, beach beautiful, pool and activities nice. Staff very friendly, decent enough food. The best part were horses on the beach and massages. Look for lime green table and ask for Ana. They are excellent. A great value for the money. We were on NJ time so in the evening went to sleep early however I am sure there was enough entertainment if you went looking for it. For the not so great, no bathroom inside the room, why? Adults only rooms have a bath. Kids love a decent bath and so do most women. Especially after the beach. Also, no magnifying mirror so of you want to see your face up close bring your own. Small patio, I think for the money there could be a bigger space. Not much room if you want to chill outside your room. Also, no beach service, and towels need to be brought on your own from one spot by the pool. It’s more of a 3 star experience. Concierge did not do much although maybe there was not much to do, reservations for restaurants not needed. I feel like he could have checked on us more often. In Mexico they do more, small gifts in the room etc. Wildlife great, saw howlers, iguanas. Booked though Adam at the beach. I recommend the sloth encounter. Super cute, it’s truly paradise. Long drive just be prepared. I don’t think we will be back, but it’s decent enough. Love the beach on the right with the seashells and so much fish in the water. Have fun, happy travels!
