Hotel and rooms were quite nice and clean. Food and beverage were very good. Early January was off season so not crowded. . Hot tubs were cold. Large beach with calm waters. Beach is full of shells and pebbles so wear your sandals. All the staff were very pleasant.

Dinner with Friends from Canada
Such an amazing dinner, we loved everything. The service, the food was top notch. We had so much fun. We will be back again

Very nice hotel, good outdoor pools, ocean views from the room. The main dining room, Pacifica, had food that was mediocre for the most part. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would have given a 4.5 in terms of stars except for the supreme disrespect in booking a private outdoor party/DJ concert. Even on the 10th floor, till 11 at night, the music was so loud that even with doors closed and curtains drawn, the pounding was still easily audible even though earbud. Forget trying to sleep. This may have been a one off, but to me it is a cautionary tail about the judgement of those who run the hotel.

Fantastic Place!
My friends and I had a great time here. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Jahir at the Asiana restaurant was especially accommodating. The activities staff (Giovana, Cielo, Vivian, and Genesis) kept the energy high and were great teachers of the dance classes. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, there is a lot of space to spread out, and the food is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and everything was lovely all around. I also want to shout out Yesenia and Milagro in the Pacífico restaurant.

Relaxing and fun day at Playa Bonita
My friends and I bought a day pass here for the all-inclusive portion. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience! Raphael and Maximo at bar Tidac made great drinks and were so friendly! They definitely helped make our day more fun! Highkey recommend coming here even if you just have a day to kill. So relaxing, clean, and such friendly staff.
- Advisory*Important Information* Panama imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced: -Alcohol is restricted Thursday, midnight at 12:00am to Saturday, midnight at 12:00am. -Music is banned in Discos and public places. (AI resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol and play music within the resort.)
