Excellent experience!
Excellent service and facility. The staff was very friendly and accomadting. The front desk and executive lounge personnel exceeded our expectations! We will return! We highly recommend this resort.

Enjoying aniversary gateway at The Westin
Terrific service at the restaurant by Enrique Castillo's crew. Quality food and excellent imstalation. Completely recommended.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here: 1. The noise level is very disruptive. Doors slam constantly, and housekeeping starts moving furniture early in the morning and continues throughout the day. 2. The restaurants are consistently empty, which seems to reflect a lack of interest from the evening staff in serving guests. Dining options are also limited—if you arrive shortly before closing (e.g., 9:30pm for a restaurant that closes at 10), your food is brought in a to-go box along with the check, which feels unwelcoming. 3. There is no complimentary water available. As a Gold Marriott member, I found it unusual to have to purchase all bottled water. 4. On the positive side, the hotel does work well for corporate events. The food is average at best, but the property is clearly designed with large groups in mind, where individual guest feedback is less of a priority.

Great Experience
Beautiful resort with excellent service. The staff is kind and eager to help. Marilyn gonzalez was gracious, remembered my drink order every morning and went above & beyond to help us with local culture and serve us. She always has a smile and brightened my day.
- Advisory*Important Information* Panama imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced: -Alcohol is restricted Thursday, midnight at 12:00am to Saturday, midnight at 12:00am. -Music is banned in Discos and public places. (AI resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol and play music within the resort.)
