    Nice and peaceful get away!

    I went to use the pool and go to the beach. Everything was beautiful inside the resort and it was pleasant and relaxing. The bar and swim at bar was amazing.

    Beautiful beach and wonderful staff

    I recently spent five amazing days relaxing at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. The facilities were great, and having a view of the beach made the trip even more amazing. We sure don't have water that beautiful blue in New York City! The best thing about the Westin, however, was the staff. So, in no particular order, I want to thank the following folks for making the trip so special: Servers at the beach bar and restaurant: Mel, Dee, Wendy, Isaura, Tanika Bartender: Vasco Beach Ambassador: Jay Front Desk: Jodi Ann, Elbetel, and Christa Lee (hope I got these names correct) Ferdinand's: Nick Woto: Husni Front Door: Kirk Coffee Exchange: Thiago Thank you folks for all!

    Great Resort!

    Stayed 3 nights at the Westin and had a great stay! Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, food and drinks were great! Best of all the staff were awesome! Everyone from check in to restaurant to pool and beach staff were great! Elly the waitress by the pool and Linton who worked the beach chairs were the best! I loved meeting them both and they went above and beyond! Highly recommend the Westin!

    Exceptional Stay Thanks to Arun

    From the moment I arrived at The Westin Grand Cayman, I knew it was going to be a special trip and that feeling was entirely because of Arun K. His warm smile and the genuine way he welcomed us immediately set the tone for our entire stay. There’s something about the way he carries himself, professional yet so personable. Which makes you feel like you’re not just another guest, but someone he truly cares about making comfortable and happy. While my time there, Arun went above and beyond in every possible way. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect, offered thoughtful suggestions for things to do, and always took a moment to stop and chat with such sincerity that it felt like catching up with an old friend. You can tell that he takes immense pride in his work and genuinely loves creating memorable experiences for guests. It’s rare these days to meet someone in hospitality who embodies such authentic kindness, empathy, and passion for what they do. Arun didn’t just help make our stay enjoyable, but he made it unforgettable. His attention to detail, calm energy, and ability to make everyone feel at ease reflect the very best of what The Westin brand stands for. I travel often, and it’s easy to forget the names and faces of staff you meet along the way, but I know I’ll remember Arun for a long time. People like him are the heart and soul of great hotels, and The Westin Grand Cayman is truly lucky to have someone of his character on their team. Thank you, Arun, for making this trip so special. You turned what was already a beautiful resort experience into something deeply personal and meaningful. This was all because of you, I can’t wait to come back again soon.

    Ahhhhh!!

    The spa was worth every penny! My hotel's spa was under renovation.I decided to go to the Westin nearby for a body wrap/massage. Marie was the best. I have had body treatments wherever I travel worldwide. She was exceptional. Highly recommend. I love a strong massage!
