Amazing week @Westin!!!!!
Had a fabulous week at the WESTIN RESERVA CONCHAL BEACH!! Stayed in family suite AI. Very spacious and comfy beds. In bldg 7 close to everything. Spacious clean pool, fun water aquatics every AM. No problem finding a chair anytime. Of course best ones along edge were claimed early. Beach absolutely beautiful with waves can be big. If calm, water is clear go snorkel rocks to right saw 4 puffers, reef fish, and two small eels. Could always get a chair an umbrella from attendant had stacks of them at beach entrance. Activity ctr also have kayaks and paddleboards. Sadly no sailboats. Restaurants very good each with their own special drink menu. Go on Mariott experience app at 8 am to make booking. Never had any problem getting reservation. There are other a la cart restaurants that do not need reservation faisinella and sabana(costa rican food was our favorite) and mitra market buffet. We had so many nice servers. Howler monkeys made it sound like in Jurasic park and put on a show climbing the gutter chains to roofs and then launch into trees. Iguanas everywhere. We booked 3 excursions thru Erik G blue google shirt at beach entrance a week before arrival via whatsap +50683659046. He coordinated memorable day trips via private shuttle. Did a zipline, 2 mile guided hike up to waterfalls with water crossings and into a cavern with falls, and tubing with guides another river. Included delicious costa rican lunch. The day just kept getting better and better! Stop at a huge souvenir store. Also did another day short walk to falls for a swim, coffee/cocoa tour, and sloth sanctuary with another delicious costa rican lunch. And did a sail, snorkel sunset cruise. Erik coordinated great trips and good commo on what to expect/bring, all with private shuttles/drivers. This was the best vacation ever, loved Costa Rica, all the people we met from housekeeper Rosemery, shuttle drivers, guides, numerous waiters were super nice, friendly, happy and helpful. We will defintely return to the Westin and soon!! PURA VIDA until next time.

The Westin Reserva Conchal is fabulous!
I can't say enough nice about this resort. From our check-in (where the reception agent saw my husband in a wheelchair and knew that we needed a handicapped room to the concierge guys in the Club Tower, to the kind people in the restaurants and around the pool...everyone treated us with respect and caring. It is a truly beautiful resort, excellent restaurants and perfect service.

Amazing family vacation!
My family stayed at the Westin Reserva Conchal last week and had an amazing stay. Our room was clean, the food was good and the pool area in the Family Westin was awesome! We booked an excursion through Erik( blue google shirt) for a waterfall hike, zip-lining and whitewater tubing! It was awesome and was a perfect for everyone in our family from my 10 year old to the grandparents. Definitely would recommend booking through him! We hope to be back next year!

loved our first all-inclusive experience
We had a lovely stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal. We especially wanted to give a shout-out to Bryan and Jordy and all the staff at Faisanella Restaurant. We had never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, so it took us a couple of days to feel oriented. We wandered into Faisanella the first night and ended up eating there several nights because the staff was so friendly, good-humored, and attentive, we just felt at home there. Bryan and other servers were especially accommodating of my partner's gluten and dairy intolerance, which makes it tricky to find dishes he can eat. Our favorite dishes there were the Nicoise salad, served with a generous portion of perfectly prepared tuna and the shrimp with polenta (shrimp with sauteed vegetables) for my partner). Really, everyone at the Westin Conchal was friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind. It was so nice to be walking along and have drivers give a friendly wave and ask if we needed a ride or had any questions. It's a beautiful resort on the most pristine, picturesque beach, with so much wildlife right on the property. We saw howler monkeys pretty much every day.

Fourth Time…at Westin Reserva Conchal
This was our fourth visit to the Westin Reserva Conchal over the past eight years, and overall it was another memorable experience. We were very impressed with the enhancements at Mitra restaurant, including the additional food stations and the new outdoor entertainment and bar area. The late-night snack shack near the Imperial Bar was also a great addition. Throughout our stay, food and beverages were plentiful, the quality was consistently excellent, and we truly did not have a bad meal. The service across the resort was fantastic and staff members were warm, welcoming, and attentive. While the themed restaurants offered excellent food, we did experience challenges with the reservation system. To secure a table at the three restaurants requiring reservations, we found it necessary to log in exactly at 8:00 AM, as availability was typically gone by 8:01 AM. Most available times were quite late (8:00 PM or later), and we had to speak with the lobby manager multiple times to obtain a reservation at Bamboo. At numerous occasions, we noticed that many tables remained open throughout the evening, suggesting the restaurants were not operating at full capacity despite the limited online availability. This disconnect made the process unnecessarily stressful for guests. Regarding entertainment, we felt the nightly acts were not as strong as in previous years. In past visits, we enjoyed professional entertainment teams, magicians, and acrobats. This year’s offerings felt less engaging, and as a result, we spent most evenings at the Imperial Bar instead. For transportation and excursions, we highly recommend Erik G. whom we have used for our last four trips for airport transfers, tours, and going to Tamarindo. He is friendly, reliable, and an excellent communicator. Guests can easily find him on the beach wearing a blue hat and blue shirt. Two excursions were particular highlights of this trip: • Waterfall and Tubing Tour: A private tour for our group of three, featuring a scenic 45-minute trek involving rock climbing and creek crossings to reach a beautiful waterfall, followed by a fun tubing experience with three attentive guides for the three of us. • Zip Lining: Another private experience with two guides, featuring nine lines through the surrounding mountains and hills. We felt safe through out the excursion and had so much fun! Overall, this was another wonderful stay at the Westin Conchal Resort with great food & beverages, fantastic service, and unforgettable private tours arranged by Erik G!
