  Such a Great Trip!

  Came with my wife to celebrate her birthday. Check in was easy and our room was available. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Public spaces are very zen like and relaxing. The room had a lounge pool which was amazing. We ate at Toro and Victor was our server. He had some great food recommendations and made the night memorable. The food was out of control. Ate at Chaya the next night. The food was good and our server Ricardo was great. The last night we ate at Ki’is. Had some of the best guacamole ever. Food was amazing too. We hung out by the beach everyday. The waiters Diego and Alejandro were very attentive. They also brought out little snacks and drinks every once in a while. The mango sorbet hit the spot when it was the middle of the afternoon. Only complaint about the beach is the seagrass. Nothing you can do there but the sand is amazing. They do have butlers which helped us arrange dinner reservations before we arrived and helped set up reservations during our stay too. We had to leave a day early and the butler was a little slow to respond to my request for help in getting a taxi. I called the front desk myself. Overall would definitely recommend and would come back in an instant!

  Absolutely an Amazing Stay!!!

  From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern, stunning architecture and the calming water features throughout the resort. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed. The restaurants were top-notch. I had one of the best meals of my life at Toro, and Chaya served incredible Italian cuisine. Breakfast every morning was amazing—delicious options, beautifully presented, and a perfect way to start each day. The pools were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. A huge shoutout to the entire staff—every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They knew us by name and made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Marco and Alejandro at the pool—they went above and beyond to make our days relaxing and fun. Poolside service and lunch were outstanding. The beach was perfect—clear water, no seaweed, and great for swimming. Extra appreciation goes to our butler, Franco, who was exceptional. He helped us get an antibiotic for my wife and a face mask for my son’s sunburn—both delivered quickly and with a smile. As a fun bonus, we even spotted a porcupine strolling along the railing before we left! I highly recommend the St. Regis Kanai and will absolutely be back. This was one of our best family vacations ever!

  Third Visit and Already Planning Our Fourth!

  This was our third time coming to this property and each time it gets better and better which is hard because each visit we thought was amazing. I have had the privilege of doing a lot of nice traveling around the world and I can easily say the staff at this resort are some of the nicest and most genuine people I have encountered. They truly care about you and want you to have a great time. As always Marco at the pool is a gem of all gems. Alejandro and Marcos at the pool were also fantastic. Kopa and Silvia were wonderful butlers and always went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The food was AMAZING! It really stepped up from previous visits (again…we already thought it was great). We brought home many recipes that they kindly wrote for us and even showed us how to make. Frida was so kind and seemed so happy to share her love of cooking with us. Chicken Tinga is being added to the dinner ideas at home! The cocktail program is excellent. Hazel and Berto at Riviera are excellent at crafting great and refreshing pool cocktails while Mario at the St Regis Bar is a master artist in the world of cocktail making. He truly enjoyed sharing all is creations with us and you could see his passion for his craft. Also, Carlos and Christian at the St Regis Bar are so fun and make you feel at home. Overall, I don’t have one negative thing to say. We are looking forward to visiting again!

  A relaxing and luxurious week

  If you are looking for a peaceful, luxury vacation where the rooms are clean and beautifully appointed, where a butler staff will see to any need and where the food is delicious… look no farther. The mangroves can be a bit smelly at times, but the ocean breeze typically alleviates it. Fernando at the beach helped me find star fish while paddle boarding. Obed was always available bringing water and helping situate umbrellas. Guadeloupe at Chaya made every breakfast a delight. Our cups were never empty! Alejandro, Franco and Raphael, our butler team… I can’t say enough ❤️ They saw to our every need! I was so impressed by them. We tried out the pools, the beach and our plunge pool and enjoyed them all. There is seaweed this time of year, but the beach crew does their best to keep it clear. Lovely stay at a very luxurious resort. It’s not cheap, but it was worth it!
