Everything about the Shore Club is TOP notch! We really enjoyed our morning breakfast with the staff. Special shout out to Delores, Ademsile, Nikisha, Anise, Chef Michael, Angie, Davidson and our house manger, Robert for making our stay so amazing!

Breakfast Team
The breakfast team was amazing and they were so incredibly friendly. They made us feel so special and welcomed as if we were home. Delores was our server and she took such good care of us. Admesile made us such yummy iced coffee every single day and knew what we liked before we even asked. Nikisha and Angie were so friendly and seated us right away. Best for last, Chef Michael made us a special breakfast on our last day and made us feel so incredibly special. His food is so delicious and you can never go wrong with any of his breakfast menus. I also have an allergy and Chef Michael made me gluten free pancakes. Thank you Shore Club Breakfast Team for everything!! :) We will definitely be returning

We had a trip scheduled that was canceled by the hotel. It was very short notice which was annoying. At first no explanation was given but the VP contacted us and explained the situation, weather being a factor delaying some renovations. We were very upset at first but he has rectified the error and we have been compensated. The offer was more than fair and we will try again to book a trip to the Shore Club. The last time we were in Turks we ate at the Shore Club sushi restaurant and it was one of our best meals on the island. We toured the Club and were very impressed. We are looking forward to staying there on our next trip to get the full experience.

Fantastic resort! Amazingly beautiful!
My husband and I had an amazing stay here! Summer is their off season so it’s a great time to visit and the resort was not crowded at all which made for a quiet and pleasant stay. The whole resort was beautifully decorated and designed and super clean. The room was outstanding, spacious, super comfy and clean with an amazing double sided balcony that had both pool and ocean views (junior suite). Pool and beach chairs were very cushy, we spent hours on them! The service is good but not quite as proactive as they could have been, we would have spent more money if they had come by more often to offer us drinks and food. There were lots of families there with young kids or teenagers but everyone was well behaved and we still had a relaxing time.

Great week
Wonderful trip yet again! Staff is wonderful for the most part, seemed over staffed with a ton of folks hanging out chatting but we absolutely loved Delores who met us each morning with a warm smile and great service .
