    Blizzard Vacation

    Wife and i just got back on Thursday - such an excellent all around experience. The property itself is spectacular; the customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommend!

    It was mistake to choose this hotel

    1. Very diety Beach, small depth - impossible for swimming 2. Dirty room, you can find hairs from previous quest on floor in your room / bathroom. 3. A lot of dust in the wardrobes 4. Dirty towels at Beach. You recieve fresch towel and its yellow from other people sunscreens. 5. 80% of cuisine is seafood / fish. If you expect traditional Mexican cuisine you have to go to town Playa Carmen. Worst Marriott hotel we have ever been to.

    Wow! Loved everything about our stay!!

    PERFECT experience from start to finish! Michael and the front desk team kindly accommodated early check-in and late check-out requests for us. Have to mention how much we loved the signature Le Labo scent that you smell as soon as you enter the lobby. The service was wonderful throughout our stay and Derek and Carlos- and another gentleman whose name I'm forgetting- made our time at So'ol beach club so great. The property is breathtaking and incredibly well-maintained. The food was excellent and fairly priced for such an amazing property. We will absolutely be back with family and friends!!

    Our waiter Brian was superb. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He introduced us to a very unique desert that was delicious , creative and refreshing.

    Highly recommend!

    Wonderful experience combination of calm and attentiveness. All staff is thoughtful, engaging, respectful and do their best to accommodate all requests. The grounds are lush and so well maintained. The dining experiences are all superb. The menu items are abundant and yet quietly understated so one is not overwhelmed by too many choices. Food is super fresh and so very delicious. And this is written by a vegan who had no difficulties with their offerings. Housekeeping is great. Beach service is great. Sand and surf are great. I will return to this little 'village' of sweet retreat.
