    Humanity at its best

    Even though our stay ultimately didn’t happen due to an unexpected family emergency, I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment we reached out, the leadership and team at the Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos responded with kindness, empathy, and a level of care that is increasingly rare. We heard personally from the General Manager, and the compassion shown during a very difficult moment meant more to us than I can properly put into words. True luxury isn’t just beautiful property or amenities—it’s how people are treated when life doesn’t go as planned. This team embodies that definition completely. When the time is right, we look forward to visiting and experiencing the resort in person. Until then, we are deeply grateful.

    Wonderful staff at water activities booth makes for a great experience.

    The Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos is beautifully located on Grace Bay Beach. The hotel offers a water program with snorkeling trips, catamaran rentals, standup paddle boards, etc. The best part of my experience, though, was with the gracious and kind staff at the water activities booth. Nick, Jameson and Joe Walking were welcoming and enormously helpful, including letting me share their booth when a sudden rainstorm blew in. They gave me a towel and we had a lovely conversation while waiting for the storm to blow through. Thank you!

    We came for our anniversary and birthday trip! Raheem has gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Even when the smallest issue came up, made sure it was handled immediately.     Eye sore

    Visited Ritz TCI. Property so ugly, looks like a medical facility or prison. Turks should be ashamed of its government allowing this type of stale architecture to be approved. So sad for Provo. It is such an eye sore. Will not go back. So many better resorts in turks. Better to support the long time local properties. This building belongs in Miami Beach. Not here. Need to tear it down. Sad.
