With the opening of Chef Michael White’s coastal Italian restaurant Paranza at The Cove, Atlantis has become the only resort in the region with three Michelin star-rated chefs: Michael White (Paranza), Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu) and José Andrés (FISH by José Andrés).

Need to work on accessibility for individuals in wheelchairs, beautiful resort. The suites where large and had everything needed for a typical family.

Overall one of the best places we've ever been. The staff was overly accommodating and friendly, the property was very well maintained, and there were a variety of things to do. We didn't have enough time during our stay to enjoy everything and are already booking our next trip back for a longer stay.

Atlantis Reef - highly recommended!
The Reef is amazing. We enjoyed a one bedroom suite - the place was so nice, and the kitchen was great. Not that we want to cook meals while we are vacationing, but the ability to have a refrigerator for drinks and be able to have light breakfast, snacks, glass or wine or a beer, etc. is very nice. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator, etc. This place is perfect for couples and families alike!

Resort
The staff is very nice and helpful. Water park is really fun and the wait times are not bad either. The room we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. Anything we asked the staff for it was handled quickly. Everything you need is on paradise island. You don't have to leave the resort at all. Plus they have 24hr shuttle service to carry you around.

Best multigenerational family trip!
Our group of 10 stayed at the Reef for a week. Every staff member was helpful, polite, and greeted us daily. Loved our 1 bedroom suites with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms! The sofa bed was fine for the kids but would have been uncomfortable for any adult but we placed the sofa cushions under the thin mattress to create a decent bed for the adult who had to sleep on it. Having the free laundry with many washers and dryers on the 2nd floor is very handy with the families with children. Plenty pool and beach loungers available as well as towels! We particularly liked that the lounge chairs had a shade cover that could be used.However, some were broken and I had to always check to make sure the cover would work before choosing a lounge chair. Food at the pools were good and quick. Staff friendly and helpful. We ate dinners at mid priced and a couple of higher priced restaurants. Food was overpriced and just ok. Carmines gave us the most bang for our $ as it is served family style. We enjoyed both Bimini Road, Seafire, Nobu, and Murray’s Deli. Claudio’s was a huge fail and maybe it was due to having just opened. Food came to the table either cold, at different times (to the point that some family members were done eating!), or not at all! Manager apologized and tried to make it right. Their desserts were good though! We did not come to Atlantis for the food but for the beach, pools, the aquariums, and waterpark. THIS is where Atlantis excels, Everyone had an amazing time from the 4 year old to the 74 year old! The Cascade pool for Cove and Reef guests only was wonderful and not crowded. Paradise Beach is between both and is simply stunning with calm clear water. Snorkeling right off the beach! No vendors and no cruisers! We loved our week in paradise! Can’t wait to return to Atlantis!
