    The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

    Beautiful place and well situated on Grace Bay to explore the area. Gucci in the bar was great and quite helpful with rum recommendations

    Best family vacation!!

    We had the best stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! We celebrated my parents 30th anniversary and were very pleased with the service! Paula at the beach bar, Zeljko at the beach bar, and Remy our butler made our stay memorable. The beach had the most amazing water and Oats served us the best drinks on the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Everyone should vacation at The Palms!

    Great experience, awesome beach and activities are close by. Food is great. Staff is chill. Food is good. But the service can be a little slow on the beach.

    Not a 5☆, poor value

    5☆ price tag but most definitely not a 5☆ experience. Staff: in general we found them to be unwelcoming and in a couple of cases, extremely rude. Some were friendly but on the whole our customer experience was not positive. Rooms are a little shabby & dated Food & drink is very overpriced. Pool: good size, nice temperature. Not enough sunbeds....in the 7 days we stayed we got a sun bed once. People tend to reserve them & staff don't try to stop this. Water in the swim up bar was disgusting...people eating in water. What appeared to be vomit in the pool 1 day... we told staff and it took hours for them to get around to cleaning it. Kids club; simply not very good. Room basic and not especially welcoming, activities unimaginative. Kids have enjoyed other hotel kids clubs much more. Beach: enough sun beds here & lovely beach & good kit to borrow i.e. kayaks Gym: average/ ok Complementary breakfast: basic, same each day. Hotel tried to charge more for dietary (allergy) alternative but revoked this when we complained. Price: total rip off!

    Perfect family vacation spot

    Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. I have teenagers and they loved swimming in the ocean and lounging on the room’s veranda. The staff was pleasant overall. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and left little touches such as fresh water on our nightstands and slippers ready by the beds. Special shoutout to Jane Sweeting! Every morning at the resorts included breakfast, she truly made me feel welcome and not just another tourist. But truly, the whole waitstaff was professional and approachable. What few mistakes were made was easily corrected with little fuss. The resort itself had plenty to do. The nearby shopping was a doable walk or bike ride, but far enough away that I didn’t feel guilty about being lazy and spending most of the time at the resort.
