    I had an excellent experience with Ana, who works at the Front Desk of the Hilton Diplomat in Hollywood. I called regarding an issue with my bill, and Ana was simply amazing. She listened carefully, fully understood my situation, and cleared up all my concerns with kindness and professionalism. It was truly a pleasure speaking with her.     10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TRIP

    This hotel was sooo Beautiful.The customer service was awesome .The hotel room was so clean and spacious it felt like home.The balcony was huge with great views.The pool was very nice loved the waterfall.The beach bar was serving good drinks.I love a good hotel tub and it was the best!The beach was beautiful but the water was very rough and it was a lot of seeweed.This hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and places to shop.If you want to visit Miami it’s a quick 30 to 40 mins ride down the strip.We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and this was the perfect place.❤️❤️

    Stay away till construction is over

    This property is beautiful. However I would stay away till construction is over. You can’t relax at the pool area. Literally drilling concrete and so loud. Also I reported to front desk staff that there was a male employee inside of women’s bathroom in the lobby. That didn’t seem to raise a red flag. Also if you want to relax by ocean. This is an ocean front property but right now it’s full of sargassum. And odor is so strong.

    Absolutely LOVED this property!

    Really a GREAT property! Clean, very comfortable beds, and EXCELLENT service! Several restaurants and great pools. Staff go above and beyond for your stay! Close to Hard Rock Stadium for events. Would absolutely stay here again!
