From check in to amenities you cant beat the dip! Upon check out we were met by agent chevelle. The dip shld be proud of this young lady! Everything was explained to us with a grt smile and professionalism! This young lady is the reason we do the dip!

We had a great time and the food was amazing!! First time here for fun. A lot of things to do on the property. Wish we could’ve used the outdoor facilities due to the weather but we are definitely coming back and super accommodating! Publix grocery store is just 2 mins walk. Melissa Harrison was great!

A real concierge who knows how to make people happy!!!!
I have a very dear friend currently staying at the hotel and wanted to surprise her with some beautiful long stemmed roses! I informed the concierge at the hotel already in advance and was pleasantly surprised that he was also Italian just like myself! I live in Italy so I was organizing all of this from here. Yesterday (Jan 30th) the flowers were due to arrive coinciding with the arrival of my friend. At 11:44 am Florida time I received a message from the Floral company that the flowers had been delivered… When I talked to my friend later that evening and she didn’t mention the flowers at all, I knew something had gone wrong! I called the hotel a couple of times, they contacted the concierge, Joe, who had left for the day… but no flowers had been delivered!?! I contacted the Floral company and they reassured me that the flowers had been delivered indeed! The next day I contacted the front desk again, they checked again but still no flowers! I was given the direct number of Joe, the concierge whom I called as soon as his shift had started… From then on Joe made it his personal miss to find out what happened to these flowers and after a few more texts back and forth, Joe discovered that whereas all packages always usually get delivered to his desk, this time, for whatever reason they got delivered to a different department in the hotel! Joe mentioned where but me being in Italy, never having been at the hotel myself, I can’t remember where it was exactly… Long story short… thanks to the wonderful concierge Joe, the flowers are now in my friend’s room! Happy friend, happy me and Joe… Grazie mille my new Italian friend!!
