Also offering a spectacular view of the ocean, the anticipated new multi-pool complex, situated on the cliff side of the property offers three pools featuring cascading waterfalls and infinity edges. From start to finish we were truly on VACATION, check in by Julai and checkout by Diangelo was so quick and efficient, the room was pristine and felt like home away from home. We dined at Zen, Azure, Carriage House, Grove Grill and Village Cafe and the service was always top notch and the quality of food and beverages was second to none. Everyone we came in contact was kind, friendly and ever willing to help. We did a few off resort outings and getting a taxi was a breeze with the assist of bellmen. The atmosphere throughout the resort was serene and quiet, great value for the level of luxury we experienced during our time here. The pools are pristine and the views incomparable. The beach is dreamy and the cliffs breathtaking. We cannot wait to come again.

Outstanding Service by Ezra at EZB Tours
We arrived in Barbados at 1 am. Ezra picked us up. He was more than our driver - he was an ambassador for what’s so beautiful about the Crane Resort and Barbados. Since it was so early in the morning and to ensure that we all got something to eat he suggested that we go to an all-night snackette near the airport and he accompanied us as we placed our orders. Ezra was also an excellent tour guide. Those in our party who were visiting Barbados for the first time got to appreciate the island more because of Ezra. And when, at the end of our trip, Ezra dropped us off at the airport, my carry-on bag was inadvertently left at the Crane Resort, Ezra drove back to the Crane and retrieved it for me. Talk about service!! Ezra is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about everything Barbados. Our future visits to the island would not be complete without him. Ezra IS THE BEST! I had an amazing experience at The Crane! My room was top tier, especially with the personal pool! Breakfast was another highlight with so many options - loved the fried fish! I have to admit the staff, especially Diangelo (Front Desk) and Sharaine (Reservations) added to my stays experience. They were kind, extremely polite, accommodating, nothing was ever a problem even during the short power cut. I would definitely come again!

Barbados is such a beautiful island, and our trip was made truly memorable by the incredible staff at The Crane Resort. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. The booking and reception staff deserve special mention, especially as they helped us navigate some complications with our group booking with such patience and professionalism. The resort itself was absolutely mesmerising — from the stunning views to the beautiful surroundings, every part of it was a joy. I would definitely return to The Crane Resort without hesitation.

Amazing
It was me an my wife anniversary and must say we had a great time at the resort it was amazing and I must mention your staff @D’Angelo he made sure our stay was fantastic he did a great job with everything D’Angelo made sure we enjoyed it and he made us feel welcome must return again 🙏🙌🏾
