Just Go!
The overall total experience was amazing. Been there are several times. The Cove was over the top. We had to move rooms twice due to unforeseen circumstances. Construction, etc. But overall, we would return. We did not find the Food price to be overly crazy. Liquor store, and grocery stores nearby.

Getting dated
Good, not great. The cove is the nicer of the hotels at Atlantis but is starting to show a bit of age. Checkin and Checkout was a 6/10. Aqua park staff were great. Our room had a leaking toilet - and 4 calls over 3 days the maintenance crew did not fix. Guest services did not seem to care.

Beautiful Cove Stay!
The Cove was the right choice for our family vacation! We loved our stay there and it was so beautiful. The pathway to the rooms with pools of fish, waterfalls, palm trees and a great ocean view made for some amazing family pics. We ate at Perch every morning which was yummy and conveniently located close to our room. We also dined at Fish, Silan (in the casino) and had some of the best hot wings and guacamole poolside. Highly recommend.

Rude Security, Traumatizing Experience- NEVER AGAIN AT THE COVE.
Rude Security, Traumatizing Experience — Never Again at The Cove On the night of June 9th, around 11:30 PM, we were returning to our room at The Cove after a joyful pre-birthday dinner. Four adults, all in good spirits, joking and smiling — until we were abruptly and aggressively confronted by a rude, hostile security guard. This man demanded to see our wristbands — something we understood to be optional and only required for the pool area. We calmly tried to explain this, but he clearly had no idea of the hotel’s actual policy. Instead of listening, he escalated the situation with a terrible attitude and shocking disrespect. As we walked away toward the elevators, he called one of our group — a 60-year-old gentleman — “stupid.” When we turned back, visibly shocked, and asked, “What did you just say?”, he repeatedly replied with a smug, insincere “Have a good night,” refusing to acknowledge what he had just said. The incident was not only humiliating, it was completely unacceptable. We immediately requested to speak to hotel and security management. After waiting over 30 minutes, we were told to go to the front desk. The hotel manager was at least apologetic — but the security manager refused to take our complaint seriously, implying we were lying and brushing us off with an arrogant, dismissive attitude. Apparently, “investigating with his staff” took priority over the truth unfolding right in front of him. The worst part? The guest who was insulted has Type 2 diabetes, and the stress from this confrontation caused his blood sugar to spike dangerously. Instead of celebrating his 60th birthday at midnight, we were scrambling to calm him down and administer urgent insulin. A milestone birthday turned into a medical emergency — all because of incompetent, disrespectful security staff and a failure of basic human decency. This was our first — and last — time staying at The Cove. It should have been a memorable, joyful experience. Instead, it was a disaster. As someone who works in hospitality and owns a restaurant, I was stunned by how poorly this situation was handled. The staff showed no training in de-escalation, no emotional intelligence, and no concept of customer service. If you’re coming to The Cove expecting luxury service and respectful treatment — think twice. We brought five guests to this hotel for a special celebration and left shaken, insulted, and deeply disappointed. PS I am posting a picture of this human being who assaulted my friend, if you see him, run to a different direction! I am also posting a few pictures of this “luxury” hotel where we are spending thousands of dollars for the stay and they don’t even offer you water in the room not to mention a mini bar.

At least they tried!
Beautiful room, incredible staff, but our luggage was never transferred from our business trip at the Royal. The misplaced luggage ruined the trip. The Cove staff was completely perplexed and did their best to track it down for 2 hours. We got frustrated after 3 hours. It finally arrived after 6 hours to travel down the sidewalk from one hotel to the other.
