Family fun - slides, sea animals and pools
Good location, slides were a lot of fun for kids and adults (although when we were there not all 8 slides were open at once- the hotel was not at full capacity). Our room in the Coral had some nicks in it and we had some issues with our TV, but maintenance helped with everything and the check out team (especially Danielle) was very accommodating and made up for it. Also, the location to the marina was perfect and it was nice at night with all the lights. We went to Fish by Jose Andres restaurant and it was very nice atmosphere and the shuttle was very easy to take there. The aquarium animals were very cool and the kids loved them. Seemed like every place we walked there was an aquarium like experience including the Dig and predator walk. We did a lot of walking, averaged 10k steps a day easily.

Fabulous Staff especially Sophia!
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'd like to particularly give a huge complement to our housekeeper, Sophia, at the Coral. Sophia was so friendly and helpful during our stay. She really made us feel at home and cared for.

terrible hotel
started with a smelly mouldy room. finally moved us, same room higher floor. too tired to move again. terrible room, no water, all the water machines and ice machines were broken on the 3 floors they have water. (why only 3 floors not sure) room service 1.5 hours to get ice. machines were broken, maybe put some water in the rooms. old hotel bathroom from 1985 service no existent it was like the staff did not want to be there and you were an inconvenience. it is a very dated old hotel i would never go there again, experience was terrible.

Grandparents' family Adventure
Very beautiful, kinda like Vegas, but the rooms are mediocre. Everything is expensive. If travelling with family, make sure to pack snacks and nonperishable food for part of your stay. Breakfast is $95 for 2 people and every meal without water etc is at least $65 for 2 conservative people. Always know that there is a 10% VAT charge and a 15% gratuity on EVERYTHING so add another 25% to any prices that are posted. Japanese Steak House in the Casino, very, very small portions and each item is sold separately, don't expect a vegetable or rice with your entry. (just 2 very small skewers of meat, if you order skewers and the tacos are literally the size of a fortune cookie!) The food is delicious but wow it is expensive! The best value can be found at Carmines- One entree feeds at least 4 people, so if traveling with a group, each couple order something different, like 1-salad, and several entrees and everyone will be full with meals to bring back, but beware, no microwaves in the rooms. You have to take your food to the lobby and wait to use the microwave. The onsite aquariums and animal habitats are nice. Most of the waterslides are a min. 48 inches. Beaches and resort very beautiful, but also more crowded than I expected. I really felt like I was on a cruise ship a lot of the time. However, plenty of chairs and no long lines and the staff mostly were friendly.
