    Inspired by the simplicity and elegance of the desert, Manta — designed by JSa Arquitectura and Enrique Olvera — was conceived as a black box that focuses on the views from one of the most desirable and secluded playas in Cabo San Lucas. Our name has a thoughtful double meaning: a manta ray which symbolizes the kitchen’s focus on seafood, while manta, the Spanish word for canvas, conveys the idea of freedom in artistic expression. As The Cape’s culinary centerpiece, Manta celebrates the Pacific Coast cultures, taking inspiration from Mexico, Peru, Japan and beyond.

  • POINT BREAK
    The hotel’s main pool’s swim-up bar and terrace offer a vibe that’s both lively and laid-back. Dine and indulge in drinks whether enjoyed via the swim-up bar, at a lounge chair or underneath the shade of the restaurant’s covered patio. Signature items include fresh catch-of-the-day ceviche, Baja specialties, tacos on house-made tortillas, sandwiches and more. Enjoy sessions with a local DJ set every weekend.

    Modern Mexican meets traditional American by the beach. Join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner at our beach house-inspired Cabos San Lucas restaurant and patio. Here, you’ll find locally-sourced seafood, contemporary Mexican cuisine and American favorites in a casual, breezy atmosphere overlooking the ocean and picture-perfect views of El Arco. Don’t miss our famous Cape Toast or Sunday brunch with a food station and live music.

  • THE ROOFTOP
    The Rooftop is the quintessential spot for an evening out for two, drinks with friends or a private party. This signature space features open-air bars, al fresco dining, sunken communal seating, a fire pit, and serene water features — emblematic of its Baja locale. Live acoustic music is played to the setting sun, and DJs are on regular rotation at this signature Cabo San Lucas restaurant.

    Elevated Property For Wedding

    Overall, our wedding was incredible, featuring a perfect view of El Arco. Every room offered an ocean view, enhancing the experience for our guests who stayed on-site. The food was delightful, and the drinks were equally impressive. We loved exploring the entire property, from all the restaurants to the spa!

    Fantastic boutique hotel

    Excellent modern and luxurious hotel on the ocean with a beautiful pool and bar. Top-notch restaurants on the property. Lots of surfing you can see from the pool going on in the adjoining ocean area. There’s a fire pit at night. We had excellent guacamole and drinks at the pool. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

    An unforgettable experience!

    Please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a night at Manta while visiting Cabo!! After eyeing this restaurant before our trip, our friends surprised us by asking us to join them for dinner on our first night here, and wow WOW WOWWW! What a way to start off our trip. Everything was spectacular!! The ambiance, THE FOOD, the service!!! We opted for the 5-course meal, and while on the pricier end, it absolutely worth it! Our server Fernando was amazing, breaking down every course in detail without missing a beat! An experience like no other ❤️

    Manual was the best . If you're in Cabo please visit the The Cape Rooftop. I had the best experience ask for Manual!!! He's top notch!!!!!!!!!¡!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Always coming back!

    Love love!! Came here 5 years ago with my hubby and brought my friends and we fell in love all over again! I highly recommend doing the 5 course meal - a little pricey but def. worth it!!! Will always come back to Manta whenever I’m visiting Cabo.
