Amazing hotel with great customer service pool side ! The ovens view rooms are phenomenal. The vibe at the pool with the DJ is so fun and relaxing at the same time. The service we got at the pool from Lenny was wonderful. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

Christmas in Cabo!!!
We just checked out of The Cape, a Thompson Hotel by Hyatt after 4 nights in Cabo and… 10/10. Seamless check-in/out, killer welcome Mezcal-rita, and breakfast every morning at The Ledge with the most unreal view of the beach + the arches. We even saw whales from our table. Service was flawless — Andrea made breakfast feel like home, Hugo kept our pool drinks full, and the DJs set the perfect vibe. Rooftop sunsets with 360° views? Iconic. And huge shoutout to bar manager Gilbert for treating us like stars — he even reserved a special section for my wife and I on our last night. See you next weekend!!! (I wish! But we are definitely making this spot on of our yearly retreats.)

A relaxing get away at the beach
Staying at the Cape was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and right on the ocean and a swimmable beach. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful.

Awesome location and very well staffed and appointed hotel
Great stay after Christmas. Amazing service and wonderful time despite property being completely full. We had to scramble a bit in the morning to get chaise by the pool, but the attendants onsite did a great job of keeping things civil and ensuring guests didn’t put down belongings then disappear for hours on end. The food onsite was excellent and it was super easy to get to amazing offsite options as well. The rooms are super comfortable with amazing views. Amex hotel collection perks are a great benefit. Definitely would come back if staying in the area again!

US Resort with Local Flavor
Beautiful property with an exclusive, private beach, great views, good service and delicious food. So long as you're looking to pay US resort prices, this hotel is a great option. We booked through Chase Travel's new The Edit hotels, which came with breakfast included for two. They upgraded us when we checked in so that all four of us could get breakfast for free every morning, which was nice of them. We ate/drank at all of the restaurants on property and only had good experiences.
