Bell Boy Juan Eras was so welcoming and friendly!! Like visiting with family!!! The best greeting to a hotel I’ve ever had :)

Great time at the pool!
The entire team at the pool bar was amazing! Jaime, Fidel,Alfredo, and Israel, all gave great service! The pool was very busy as many were there for Sammy Hagar‘s birthday week and the service was always fast and friendly.

SpAmazing Services!!
SpA-mazing service from Blanka and Gaby. Isreal was cool at the pool service. Resort was clean, nice location, food was ok.

Excellent staff
We’ve been staying at Tesoro 3 or 4 times a year since 2016. The long term staff are great but ENRIQUE at the bell desk is an exceptional representative. We come so often he remembers us and ALWAYS is attentive and takes care of our needs when we stay. Thank you, ENRIQUE!!!

The best hotel in Cabo
We love it here. Clean rooms, close to everything you need and the best staff. Visit the pool and the bartenders and waiters are the best! Fidel, Alfredo and Jaime. Also Jorge with guest services will always find you the best deal on excursions.
