Nov 05, 2025Wonderful stay, can't wait to come back!
We had a fantastic experience at Tesoro Los Cabos! The room overlooking the marina was beautiful, all of the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. Special recognition needs to go to Lillian at the front desk. We had the pleasure of working with her three times during our stay, and each time she was an absolute delight! She is amazing and Tesoro should be proud to have somebody like her on their staff!

Nice but very noisy. During the day and late in to the night there is extremely loud music at the pool. Sometimes all spanish music. While in the room with the doors and windows closed the music outside on the street is so loud you can hardly hear the TV and it goes very late 2-3 am. I don't think there are any rooms that can escape this. If you get the cheap Internet price you will get a very small room with your very own flight of steep stairs. No elevator. If you can find the room. (We were not notified at check in.) The first room smelled of mildew. The second room (additional fee) where every single pillow and the bed accent smelled so bad of body odor. If you go to the Vista Roof restaurant you will be greeted by a very rude manager who tells you you're not welcome unless you're on all inclusive even though there were many open tables. So they didn't want our money for breakfast? It's a great view except for an intrusive light house that plays bird noises extremely loudly to keep the pigeon away. Great location, all of the rest of staff were very nice.

Stayed at Tesoro for a week in October. Hotel is ok, not great. But, I can't say enough about the guys who work at the pool bar. They were great! Fidel was our top guy, and watched over our needs all week. Also helped out by Alfredo, Jamie, Sreal and Darcizo. Great crew!

We had a great time! Location is great! The staff was wonderful and very helpful including Cesar at the Lighthouse restaurant and Alfredo, Israel, and all the staff around the pool!

Excellent resort and staff.
Tesoro Los Cabos is a great location in the marina district with excellent staff throughout the resort. From the check-in lobby to the room staff, restaurant staff and grounds maintenance. Extremely clean rooms and resort. Big shout out to the pool bar staff, Israel, Jaime, Fidel, Alfredo, and Norzico. These fella's work extremely hard to make sure your drinks are always full and that you are having a great time at the resort. The breakfast buffet is amazing with the best service and hospitality you will ever find anywhere. Con: Jefe, get rid of the loud music playing DJ on Saturday afternoon at the pool. He was terrible the music was very load for the pool deck area. the DJ chased all the guests and visitors away from the pool deck area. No one like it that I spoke too. Overall we had a great week and will definitely returning soon.
