    Downhill

    The pool was ICE cold, could not even get in it. The hot tub was not even warm. DJ was awful, only played techno. Pool games were kid friendly. Bring back the old Temptation and JJ.

    Worst its been in years

    This new manager they have from Dubai sucks. He's driving the place into a sheeyit hole. Verbally abuses the employees saying they're fat and replaceable and will be replaced with all male playmakers. The vibe isnt what it used to be. This was a very unique experience curated to the open minded traveler seeking an experience like no other resort in Cancun could offer. They break contracts all the time as far as the perks included and the service exclusive to being a member and beneficiary. He made them turn the music way down at the pool and required it to close at 6pm instead of 7pm. He has also fired SO MANY employees who were there for years that guests form friendships with and know you by name whenever you came back to visit. As if the beach this resort is on doesnt suck enough, now this? The room rates are ridiculously higher than they used to be, the playmakers aren't even allowed to hug the guests they've known for years. Im part of their facebook group and everyone is saying the same thing. How can 63k people have the same opinion? If you want a topless party experience, go to Vegas, Hedonism, Desire or just do the Temptation cruise. Thats what I'm gonna do next- more like the old Temptation vibe. Soon this won't be a topless resort anymore if the Dubai manager has his way and its not surprising if you consider the restrictions that culture places on women's dress code.

    The fun is going away.

    Not sure what changed at the resort but it is now overpriced, the music at the pool sucks and is too low. It feels like the playmakers are being held back and we didn't see any of the longtime ones that brought energy. We have never seen it so dead and party vibe is gone.

    Open minded couples and singles resort

    I would like to leave a review as a guest that is presently still at the resort. Overall it's a great place, food is good, clean, with great vibies for all ages.Here are the frustrations that we are currently experiencing.  1. The music by the pool and night entertainment need more dance/techno music that are current. It seems that the entertainment staff is stuck in early 2000's. There should be better music choices. The music is the same every night. It's ridiculous. Be different with music choices, otherwise it's like any other hotel. 2. The reservations for dinner for the restaurant "She"does not justify waiting for guests with no guarantee of the spot. Why cants the hotel have an app for all the guests to make reservations online without wasting their vacation time.

    Not Very Tempting After All

    Food is trash. Very mid at best. Do not become a member. They promise you all these things then take them away and there's nothing you can do about it. The pool vibes are fun but alcohol is watered down. Not as much fun as it use to be but the people make it a good time. The parties play mostly techno music, not much of mixture of music in the evenings and everything dies down shortly after it gets started. Could be so much better but new management is just running this place in the toilet. Go during peak times for the most fun but a long stay isn't needed. Definitely go on the Boob Crusie for the experience.
