At Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa, kids ages 3-12 will have a blast with all the fun-filled activities at the Explorer’s Club for Kids. Dec 09, 202450th Birthday Celebration for Family Members, complete with amazing sunsets.
While the resort was under construction and had some repairs going on for water damage, we still thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The resort is close to downtown PV and also the airport. The views from the beach were just amazing. It was fun to watch the weddings on the beach and all the ships go by. We even saw whales one afternoon. I would recommend getting the Sun Club if you are looking for a little more peace and quiet on the beach as it is a very busy resort with lots of kids and activities. Our room was facing the ocean and had a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the staff kept our rooms nice and clean.

Good times
The experience was good. Some improvements on food needed but staff was great. The Bellman and the Doorman Christian was exceptional. Great service and made us feel welcome. At the front desk Veronica was very fun as she helped us with exchanging money and taught is how to count in Spanish! We were laughing 😃.

What a wonderful and very family friendly resort. We went for my birthday and the hotel greeted us with a birthday sign on our room door and fresh fruit basket. The service was excellent! The food was 10/10! The kids explorer club and the water park were absolutely perfect for our children they loved it. The resort was clean and in a great location. Comfy beds and the amenities were perfect!

Amazing vacation spot!!!
Amazing beach! Great location close to good restaurants and shopping Friendliest staff! Christian, Oscar and Julissa went out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. 10/10 Our kids loved the waterpark and kids corner activities We will be back! Thank you for everything sunscape!

Comfortable bed, room was spacious and clean! Amazing view, the beach was beautiful. Food was good. Pool area had lots of loungers, some on the beach also. Staff were always welcoming and always eager to help. A huge shoutout to the bell boys - Cris and Oscar, they were the best.
