Nov 11, 2025Most of our stay was ok there were somethings that could have been better. We made the best of our trip that we could.
The beach was full of seagram most of the time we were there and it was dirty. Resort it's self was clean the entertainment was very good

When we checked in, the first room they brought us to was dirty so we had to go back to the front desk to get another room. The second room already had guests in it so we had to go back to the front desk again to get another room, at this point we were soaking wet from sweating and aggravated. The third room was nice. They advertised a lot of restaurants but none of them were available for our entire trip. We couldn’t get any assistance from the front desk with this issue and it was very frustrating. The pool was dirty and the drinks were watered down. My brother and sister in laws room smelled like mold and was dirty. My other brother and sister in laws room lost power and had no water. The only good thing about the trip was the entertainment and the weather. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing time!!
The guest services staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for couples and families. There are lots of activities for kids and adults.

Had an amazing stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana!
I was upgraded to the Sun Club at check-in, which made me feel like a VIP. The exclusive pools and beach area were beautiful, and there was always something fun going on at night. The romantic dinner on the beach was a highlight — way better than I expected! Big shout-out to the entire staff, especially Kelly, who helped set up the dinner and made everything extra special. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Only downside was that not all the restaurants were open, but overall the resort was great. The staff, beaches, and atmosphere were amazing — I’d definitely come back again. Tip: Go for the Sun Club upgrade — totally worth it!
