    The only thing good was the servers on the beach Buffet service was slow and basically non existence Apps gave wrong opening times for all restaurants Very disappointed there was no adult pool and no children allowed at the upgraded buffet Kaleidescope for breakfast and lunch. This was a change Sunscape did after we booked our trip Took our upgrade fee of $500 and ran with it. Will never go here again

    Not quiet what we expected

    Our experience was worse than expected. We went with a group of 18 and 12 of us got food poisoning. We asked for a ground level floor as we have a 9 month old requiring a stroller. We were given a room on floor 3! Asked 3 times to change this and told not possible. Our roof leaked water everytime it rained. Our toilet leaked at the base causing water to constantly be all over the bathroom floor. There is always a line for the buffet, have never been to a resort that had this. Coco Cafe was amazing, these are two locations for quick snacks and coffee drinks. The bartenders were always friendly and worked very quickly. Hard to have a terrible time with a large group of family in the Dominican, but this was definitely the worst resort we have been to and will not be returning unfortunately.

    Beautiful place. Nice beach - only downside is that between the hours of 4-6 there was no food options.. housekeeping went above and beyond

    Solid 3 Star's

    Solid three star resort, rooms were clean and basic. Depending on which area you stay in, it can be quite loud through all hours of the night, but if you drink enough you might not notice. You get what you pay for, if you want nicer food and amenities then stay at a high rated resort. We stayed at the Dream Flora for a few days after multiple flight cancellations and you can tell it is a nicer resort all around!

    I love this resort ! Absolutely perfect !

    Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff willing to help carry your luggage. Lots of places to get drinks. Pool was amazing with a nice swim up bar. The beach great and pizza and bbq going for all to enjoy. Buffet was great lots of variety. Coffee shops awesome. Amazing coffee and great friendly service. Entertainment was fantastic. Such talented entertainers. The circus show was our favourite. Our room was perfect ! Lots of plugs, shower nice and water hot. Balcony was amazing and huge. Fridge stocked with pop beer and water. I put a note written in Spanish along with a few dollars in the fridge for them to just put beer and water in the fridge Left 5 usd in an envelope on the pillow every morning with a note of appreciation in Spanish. Our room was spotless lots of towels and our bed made with care. We had a fantastic time ! All staff work very hard and very attentive to the visitors. In My opinion this resort is a 5/5. Very happy we chose to go to sunscape. And not to mention nice and close to airport !
