    Not picky travellers

    Bed was comfortable, room was clean...but we had some unwanted mosquitoes. We were careful about what we ate and had no problem!

    Terrible experience

    This was a horrible experience at this resort. Food poisoning, lack of speaking English. No customer service. So disappointed. Worst resort we have ever been too

    Fantastic stay!

    Wonderful week with our large group. We enjoyed our stay (bldg 2) with pool access in the Sun Club. Jorge was the best concierge ever. He was everywhere and always accessible, helpful and super quick to respond to any of our inquiries or needs. The pools were nice, everything was clean, bars were very accessible about the resort and plentiful stocked. The food was okay. Probably my least favorite part of the stay but we found something suitable everywhere we tried. Our favorite meal was at Chopsticks, we ate daily at Flip Flops by the beach for lunch, we liked everything there! After reading much negativity about this place, we were cautiously optimistic and it was literally a very nice resort and the people are very friendly!

    Girls trip

    Had a wonderful time with friends, beach was lovely and clean , staff were also nice and friendly, we were in building 5 so close to everything, needs a little update in the room , beds really comfortable

    Nice place!

    Great vacation! Spacious rooms, cleaned every day! Lots of pools and a nice beach! Well, it's hard to find a free sunbed, but that's because they are reserved from the morning, and there are some that aren't used until at least noon! I liked the food! I have one recommendation for the staff in the main restaurant! There are a lot of them, but they can't handle the serving! Instead of several people seating us at the tables, they could remove the empty plates! The daytime and evening activities were very enjoyable and fun!
