    Would not recommend

    Clean resort, good room in Sun Club. 85% of people spoke only spanish. only 1 beer and wine avail in all inclusive otherwise had to buy a bottle. activities that were scheduled did not happen.

    Good budget hotel

    Location: Short drive from the airport is very convenient. Atmosphere: During the week the hotel was quiet and relaxed but on the weekend it seemed to become a bit more of a party atmosphere. Room: We stayed in a swim up room in building 16, the room itself was amazing and having the swim up was perfect since we had a toddler with us which means we had to spend alot of time in the room. The only downside was that the music from the marina next door (I think) was VERY loud and went on until 3 am, luckily it didn't wake the toddler! Good: The buffet had a good selection of food the quality was average. We went to the taco restaurant twice and really enjoyed it and the Amazonian restaurant once and it was by far out favorite. Beach/ pool/ entertainment: We spent most of our time at the beach. The beach was great, well maintained and warm. There was plenty of seating and we never had an issue finding a shady place to lay out. People selling souvenirs and excursion on the beach could be pushy but that's not the fault of the hotel, just firmly say you are interested and they will leave you alone. We used our swim up pool and it was clean cool and quiet. We never used the main pool, participated in any of the activities or watched any shows so I can't comment on those. Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff was great during the week but on the weekend when the hotel was busier it was lacking and amenities/ mini bar stoped being restocked despite tips being left. Value: Overall a great value for the price. Don't go in expecting a 5 star experience but if you keep an open mind you will have a great time.

    Unmanaged lounger reservations ruins the experience

    Unfortunately, the experience around pool and beach loungers is completely chaotic. Early in the morning, guests reserve chairs for hours, sometimes without ever returning, and it even happens that chairs are literally moved or “taken” by other guests. There is no management or staff intervention to regulate this situation, which creates unnecessary tension and takes away a lot from the enjoyment of the stay. For a resort of this caliber, this level of disorganization is simply unacceptable and should be addressed promptly.

    Entertainment trip made our trip enjoyable. We loved Golden Boy and Pumba and Coca Cola. We thought the shows at this resort were of higher quality than we have previously experienced. We have had a great week! On top of this received excellent service from Frank L. Lovely beach and pool facilities!
