  Don’t stay here

  Would never stay here again. Food is horrible with no flavor usually served cold. Desserts have no sweetness to them at all. If you eat at the buffet check your dishes because they are normally dirty. If you go to the restaurants they is no dress code and food is not any better than the buffet. Drinks at the bar are served watered down with no ice. If you want to go to the pool or beach you will need to get up around 3 am to place a towel on a chair otherwise you will have no where to sit. If you are able to get pool towels hold onto them as the towel shack is regularly out of towels. Avoid the blue shirt salesman. They are from the sun club and they are aggressive and will not leave you alone. When I tried to talk to the concierge about our concerns his way of helping was to offer me a massage or steak dinner with a condition of signing a waiver stating i would never say anything bad about the hotel. We have traveled the world and this is 1 of the worst places we have stayed. For the money they charge you can find much better accommodations elsewhere.

  The best place and enterteiman on the world

  The shows was inccredable! The animation team was Perfect-so much energi, love, positive emotions. Cappuccino, Golden boy, Pumba, Spagetti, The handsome, Timone, chocolate, coca cola

  Budget friendly resort

  Believe the reviews on this resort. Rooms smelled of mold, hard to get into the al a cart restaurants, and staff not very helpful. Be aware you are staying in a budget friendly resort and have those expectations and you'll be fine.

  Don't go here

  I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. From the moment we arrived nothing went right. We waited 75 minutes to check in to our room, just to be told by the bel hop that the room we had been assigned already had people in it. He remembered taking other guests there just recently. If we had spoken to a different bel man we would have been taken to an occupied room with all of our luggage & our toddler. When we returned to the reception desk to get this sorted out and expressed our frustration at waiting so long to be assigned to an incorrect room the front desk person said "how are we supposed to know?" As if it's not their job to KNOW that a room is assigned. We were very unimpressed and asked to speak to a manager but were told that our concerns didn't warrant speaking to one. We were then taken to a different room without the pool view which we had specifically paid extra for. And the crib we asked for never arrived. We also did not have any soap of any kind of our room. We returned to the desk in the morning (tried to enjoy our first night after a long travel day) to get the room we actually paid for and to explain that we needed to be moved to a room with a bath tub so we would bathe our toddler. We were instructed to check out of our room at 12 and come back at 4 - at which time we would be given a pool view room, on the first floor, with a bath tub & a crib in building 11. This would have covered everything we paid for & needed. At 4:00 for our re-check in we were told we were going to building 4 and there are no bath tubs available unless you pay extra to be a Sun Club member. Another wait, another issue. After pleading as a tired mother who just needed to give her child a bath we were taken to a Sun Club room with a bath tub. We appreciated this move at the very least. Still no crib though! That never came for the entirety of our stay. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. We were left waiting on the pool bar for 20-30 minutes sometimes. The bartender at another bar LEFT the bar with a line of people to take selfies with a performer. The staff at the buffet half the time didn't even acknowledge that you were there unless you waved them over. And I have never seen a resort that makes you line up and wait for the buffet to eat. Having access to the Sun Club buffet was preferred, but even there you often were left waiting, or asked for water that never came. The only service I would compliment was our housekeeper who was wonderful & the one bartender who ran to get us a cold bottle of white wine to enjoy when we requested one. We tried to leave part way through the week, but Air Canada would have charged us to get out of the resort early. The a la cartes are terrible & very very slow. Both times we tried one we were left needing to go to the buffet, or with food on our plates we didn't think was cooked. Half of our group also ended up sick from the food. There are many more issues & reasons I wouldn't recommend this resort, but if you're still wanting to go here after the above summary, I wish you all the luck!

  It was a fun relaxing time

  All of the shows have been great. Everyone has been super nice and friendly and pumba has helped get us involved in the ice breakers. The resort dancers, specifically Spring, delivered an outstanding performance filled with energy, precision, and charisma. Their stage presence was captivating, and it was clear how much passion and professionalism they brought to each routine. The performances truly elevated the resort’s entertainment experience and were a highlight of our stay.
