Stayed here recently for a work trip. Location is wonderful, room was comfortable, all in all, great hotel. I had a minor AC issue while I was there, but Terrence got it fixed ASAP and was so helpful. Love you, Terrence! Thanks for the incredible service. I'll be back for sure!

Best Beach Experience
I had a wonderful time! It’s so clean and nice. At the beach Fabri gave us great service two days in a row at the beach providing chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend. Ask for Fabri!

Beach Visit
We visited the beach during our family vacation, and Fabri took great care of us right away. He quickly set us up with umbrellas and chairs to accommodate everyone. His customer service was exceptional. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

Maintenance resolved - Terrence is the man!
Great stay for a conference for work. I was experiencing a few minor minor issues with outlets and a small leak in the bathroom. TERRENCE from the maintenance team was excellent: prompt, effective and friendly service. A genuine person who truly wanted to help. Hospitality!!!

Outstanding Hotel and Location.
My wife and I had a weekend getaway at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale and celebrated our anniversary. I want to say that it could not have been more perfect. At check in the front desk staff Andrea greated us and was incredible. She took time to explain every amenity including free wifi. This hotel is modern, new feeling, extremely clean, rooms are perfect with waterfall showers, mini refrigerator, safe and incredible views of the beach which is right across the street. Two beach chairs per day is included, we also received 25 off at the restrurant, nice pool, towels, nice bar you can use inside or out and the breakfast was incredible. Several small restrurants are right next door along with sovenier shops. This hotel is literally minutes away from the marina, Los Olas Blvd and in a perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel. Valet parking is available as well. We were so surprised they even gave us totally free breakfast and 2 drinks for our anniversary. Going on a cruise and coming early or staying afterward the hotel is about 8 miles away from Port Everglades and airport. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time. The staff by the way are all sooo friendly and seem happy with their jobs and do all the can to make you feel welcomed.
