Sonesta was a great choice for our get away. Loved all of the positive sayings around the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind and willing to help with questions Going to the beach everyday was so what we needed. Ruben made our day also. What a positive soul with a big smile to welcome and to have helping us on the beach. We enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you Ruben for adding to our stay. Merry Christmas!!

Location was perfect, all staff were fabulous. Ruben was excellent on the beach, as well as Johnny in the hotel taking care of our bags. Andy was a great server in the dining room! Also staff for breakfast. Everyone had great customer service skills.

Amazing conference planning and exceptional service!
We hosted a group conference at the Sonesta FLL Beach this week, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless. A huge thank you to Leah, Conference Services Manager, and Heydie, Reservations Manager, for their incredible support throughout the planning process. They were organized, responsive, and so accommodating with our last minute changes. Their professionalism made a big difference in how smoothly everything ran. The banquet team was equally amazing. David, Sergio, Gemma, and Morkane took such great care of us! they were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our attendees noticed the exceptional service as well. Beautiful location, excellent staff, and a flawless conference experience. We will absolutely consider returning for future events!

We love Sonesta FLB! Best! Keep it up!
For seven years we enjoy our stay at Sonesta. This Thanksgiving was not so good on weather, rain and winds. However, staff was so welcoming, attentive and helpful that made our stay awesome again. We were allowed to get early check in and especially late check out. Thank you Sonesta!!

All around amazing experience
Went on vacation with my family and as soon as we showed up we was greeted with Johnny who might I say had an amazing personality very helpful and welcoming the hotel staff at the front desk was great we had an amazing stay here highly recommend definitely coming back with my family
