Jul 30, 2025Much needed girls’ trip!
Booked the Sonesta for a quick girls trip just to relax! Overall the experience was very nice. Love the personal touch of the room keys being matched with your zodiac sign and staff was very helpful. Ran into a couple small issues with the AC (but we were able to get it worked out) and the bathroom could use a bit of updating (towel bar rusted/broken), but the view was absolutely gorgeous! Housekeeping did a great job and Ruben who worked the chair rentals on the beach was a true highlight! Very nice, friendly and accommodating making sure our trio was well taken care of.

Andrea on the front desk was absolutely AMAZING! Organised a room upgrade for me and was just delightful. Nothing was too much and she was just delightful. Fab experience. Hotel location was sensational short hop to my favourite Mexican restaurat Lona.

Worth the time to visit!
I went on my honeymoon/staycation here at Sonesta! Andrea and the entire staff moved heaven and earth for my wife’s and I stay. From when we valet or car to how they were with their customer service the entire experience was so great!

The pleasing aroma and ROSA ☺️
First! When you walk into the lobby area the fantastic aroma of JUST SMELL GOOD is so PLEASING and PLEASANT!!! I absolutely LOVE IT! I also LOVE the fruit water available for guests by the POOL and in the LOBBY!!! Love LOVE! Now .. let's chat about ROSA!!! I want to take her HOME with ME!!! She is such a sweetheart!!!! My home (airport) HUB is Newark NJ and lordyyyyy that's where she was BORN... (Such a helpful sweetie pie) She is so kind and patient and gives you alllll the information you need and even asked me where I would be dining (outside of the hotel) bc she said she had some coupons to OFFER!!! Who does that??? Rosa DID! I am glad that I will see her again before I leave ☺️ ... GIVE her Kudos for being THAT FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE!!!!! Rosa Rosa Rosa Rosa!!!!!

Short stay
My family decided to stay in this hotel for 1 night to spend the next morning near the ocean. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Andrea at the front desk was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly a joy to speak with. Her calm confidence and positive energy make her a true asset to the hotel. She doesn’t just work at Sonesta — she brings it to life.
