    Great experience!

    Great all-inclusive experience. We were here as part of a group of about 75 guests for a family wedding. The resort is only about a year old, so everything is nice and new. Staff is consistently helpful and friendly, which makes the expected tipping for every service an easy task. There are activities and areas at the resort dedicated to children and adults. The multiple food and drink venues cater to just about every taste. Probably the most elegant eatery was the Fi’lia Italian restaurant where Arturo, Cesar, and Brenda served quite a spread.

    Great vacation place

    Very beautiful hotel, Nora was our butler service, she was so nice and did everything we ask for us, she take care of from A to Z. Will recommend this place to stay.

    The Best Dinner at The Lotus

    We had a great experience with our waiter Johnathan and the Chef at Lotus! As a vegetarian there are not as many options at the resort, but Johnathan made sure to check if items were vegetarian and the Chef made a special vegetarian roll just for me. I recommend it definetly be added to the menu! The fried kimchi is also a great option.

    Memorable Family Vacation

    Our stay at the SLS Resort was pleasant memorable family vacation. Our butler Isaac Garita was excellent. His service was excellent by taking care of our all our restaurant reservations for dinner and lunch as well as our outdoor activities. He made sure our stay at the resort was pleasant excellent and memorable family vacation. We enjoyed our stay at the Resort I would thank once again Isaac Garita for his excellent service and making our family vacation more enjoyable and fun vacation
