    Incredible service and food

    Elin, Cesar and Arturo were all incredible. They made sure we had an incredible dinner for our honeymoon at Fi’lia. They even made a special dessert that was so delicious. It was a pleasure having them as our servers. On top of an incredible wait staff, the food was amazing as well.

    There's nothing negative to say about the SLS Playa Mujeres resort. The resort is exceptional for both adults and children. The food, service, and cleanliness of the site are excellent. We would especially like to thank Toni at the Bungalow Restaurant for her service.

    Perfect Cancún stay

    Perfect stay. The food was delicious for lunch and for dinner. We ate dinner at Filia. Arturo and Heracio were our wait staff they were amazing! Would totally recommend staying here and dinning at Filia during your stay! The resort was perfect for sitting back and relaxing!

    Amazing and relaxing family vacation

    This trip was absolutely amazing! My family along with my sisters and mom had such a beautiful time! Our butlers, Nora and Mauricio, were outstanding! We hit a little hiccup while checking in but Mauricio worked on solving the problem and eventually solved it. They were both great help and were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had no worries because we knew everything was taken care of. The food was so delicious and the mango mojitos were cold and refreshing! My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary while there and the butlers surprised us by decorating our room with roses and a delicious dessert! We also celebrated my mom’s birthday while there and they decorated her room as well! The staff sang to her and made her feel very special! We had a great time and would 100% go back!

    Amazing honeymoon Vannesa, the manager at Twiggy, and her team were amazing! They were always one step ahead, making sure everything went smoothly without us even having to ask. You could really tell they care about creating a great experience — super friendly, super professional. We felt so well taken care of the whole time!
