    Not a Four Seasons!

    The grounds are beautiful and the Baha Mar water park is great for kids, but I am disappointed. Service is extremely slow. We were told at check in we had connecting rooms - and then we didn’t. We had a room maintenance matter, which took two days to repair despite it requiring 5 minutes when someone finally showed up. Room service came late afternoon. The pool staff work at their pace and repeatedly made mistakes on orders. For this price point - the peers are Four Seasons and St. Regis. Management has some work to do for sure, or they should price the rooms closer to the mainline peers they are closer to.

    The kindest and most genuine staff of resort activities and we travel often.

    This is our third time at the rosewood and one of our best trips thus far. The staff had been more attentive and kinder than ever. I’d like to mention Ricara in activities and the guest services like the conch salad bar in particular. Ricara not only invited me to join for a salad; but remembered who I was when I arrived, addressed me by my name, and stood to talk with me about my family, food preferences, and felt like a genuine friend. It’s people like her and the staff helping her that make us feel like we are beginning to find a second home. I cannot say enough kind things and as someone who works in the mental health field in New York, I can tell you that the staff here must be hand picked for their kindness.

    Rosewood Baha Mar pure magic as is their staff!!! Especially Rikara ♥️

    The Rosewood Hotel at Baha Mar is nothing short of excellence. Our first trip ever was in 2018, when my daughter was only four months old and one of the youngest guests to stay. We have been back several more times with our family, and we just celebrated our daughters 6th Birthday there. Part of the reason we constantly return is their service, and staff one of whom is near and dear to our heart Rikara! She has always been a constant smiling face to our family over the last 6 years and have returned so many times, and we always get to see her!! Rosewood Baha Mar, and Rikara and her team are just amazing, and we highly reccomend staying here!!

    Needs an overhaul in training

    This hotel experience is nowhere near as nice as others in its price range. It seems understaffed and lacking in organization and training. Everything takes forever, there is no consistency. We never received our itinerary, had to follow up on every request. Things we had reserved and paid for were no longer available once there. There is nowhere to even get a coffee in the morning without waiting 45 minutes at least and paying $12 for a small regular old cup. It is extremely hard to get restaurant reservations, they do not hold any for guests and the concierge is hard to get a response from. We paid $35000 for a 6 day stay and never once felt anyone cared an ounce about our experience. The beach is nice, but shallow with people selling stuff all day. The pool could be anywhere, there is no view. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable, but some odd choices like half closets. Also the "beach view" is from quite a distance so not really worth the upcharge. There are many nicer resorts for this price point... I would stay away.

    All I have to say is that Shanecqar Assistant front desk manager at the Rosewood is TOP NOTCH! so friendly..helpfull..just a JOY! Thank you Shanecquar Collie YOU ARE THE BEST! You must go see her even to just say HELLO! Sarina (from Toronto) xo
