    Is there a more beautiful place on Earth?

    This place is so stunning. I wish I could live there for half of the year. The service, incredible. The ambience, unbelievable. Will definitely come back in the very near future. I was also here for New Years and personally, I don’t think there is a more fun place to be in than the Bahamas.

    Another Amazing Rosewood Experience!

    Our third Rosewood stay, different from the others (San Miguel de Allende and Maykoba). Quaint island experience no...but beautiful large hotel experience, yes! Connected to the much larger Baha Mar casino and hotel complex with all of those restaurants and amenities, but private and separated from that impressive facility. Ocean view room was not huge, but very well designed and appointed. Quiet, comfortable and plush. Amazing, personal service! Pool stewards and bar service were consistently amazing. Pools and grounds plush and exotic. Restaurants and bar service top shelf. Staff was personable, elegant and attentive with out being overbearing. Only disappointment was the surprisingly small and limited wine list. And some of the few listed were not in stock. Purchased bottles of wine outside and brought them in. But hopefully and likely, Rosewood will correct this very soon. Great experience, thank you Rosewood!

    Know bf you go-no hot water & dirty water in entire hotel

    Never been more disappointed in a vacation. We are staying in a very expensive premium room with no hot or clean water. This has been going on for 2 days. The management says they are working on it. They cannot give us a room with hot water and cannot guarantee that the cold water is even clean. Several guests have no running water at all. They are currently welcoming new guests without telling them that their rooms do not have hot water or no water at all. These guests have prepaid for these rooms. Rosewood needs to handle this problem better. I understand that they have no control over the utility/water department, but they do have control over guest hospitality. At least let guests know upfront that their rooms have no hot water or worse-no water at all-before paying and checking into a 5 star hotel. Running water is a pretty big deal and expected. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

    Beautiful property

    We just came back from a week at Rosewood BahaMar. It was an over the top positive experience! The accommodations were beautiful and the all around surroundings were breathtaking! We have stayed at many 5 star resorts but the personal attention that we received here was exceptional! Everyone was so accomadating and so very eager to please. There wasn't one detail left out when it came to the services provided whether it was at the spa, pool, dining or just daily activities. Everything was done with a smile and an eagerness to please! Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend this destination to anyone who is looking for a luxurious getaway!

    The definition of luxury!

    In a time where customer service and genuine hospitality from the heart is lacking among tourism workers in the Bahamas, the staff at Rosewood are determined to re-write the book on what it means to deliver that bold hospitality. As someone who works for one of the best and top rated airlines in the world, it’s refreshing to see that everyone you encounter that works there actually love what they do and it shows. Our stay at the Rosewood was so superb and they went above and beyond to meet our expectations. 10/10 would recommend every single time!
