Housekeeping was wonderful. Lorna make sure the room was clean. The beds were tucked. The curtain shot in the AC was on. Everything was very clean and stocked. She was very personable and sweet and very kind and she made the stay.

Housekeeping- Lorna was wonderful in making sure we were comfortable in our room. The room was cleaned, beds made , ac an on and curtain closed- the room was fresh everyday and she was very sweet and .

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani in Waikiki Beach
Perfect location in the heart of Waikiki Beach. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who made our stay amazing. The room was a tad small but clean and tidy and amenities replenished daily. Good size balcony. Highly recommend.

Nice Surprise
I’ve been wanting to give this place a try now that the tower rooms are renovated. I was on a high floor. View was incredible. Room was standard, but clean and had everything I needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hospitality all around was on par with Marriott standards. Pool seemed to close early to me (7:00pm), but I managed. As the cheapest Marriott-owned resort on the strip, I’ll definitely be back. Definitely recommend.

Aug 10, 2025Bitten by Bed Bugs + Terrible Customer Service Experience
I checked into a room at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani on Friday, August 1st with my mother in law and unfortunately on the 3rd of August she woke up with painful and itchy bites all over wrists. At first we chalked it up to sea lice or maybe even spider bites, but each morning since she has woken up with more clusters of bites in different spots all over her body. Sometimes even waking up early in the morning to use the bathroom, then going back to bed and waking up with new bites! I’m staying in the same room as her, but a different bed and luckily have not gotten any bites. We went to the doctor that’s connected to the hotel (but a separate entity) today and we were surprised to hear that this is only one of many cases that they have seen from this exact hotel. The doctor also confirmed that they were bed bug bites. We were disappointed with the hotels response to the situation. They were not willing to compensate for any of our room expenses (booked for 10 nights), only willing to refund the resort fee (which was only a few hundred dollars) and give us a new room. They also are not taking any precautionary measures such as fumigating the room and even said we could stay in the room still if we wanted to! Not to mention 2/3 managers we spoke to were downright condescending and rude, we didn’t even get as little as an apology or empathy for what happened. I feel incredibly bad for my mother in law who is extremely uncomfortable (itching and burning) and having to medicate at least 3 times a day just to get through the day. Just wanting to inform others who are thinking about staying at this hotel. We are very understanding people and we know that staying at any hotel comes with that risk. However, the way they handled the situation showed us that they don’t take these situations seriously, which im sure will lead to more cases of this nature. Definitely will not be staying here again. This was absolutely unacceptable.
