We are Westin owners and used points to stay here at the beginning and end of a month long trip.The Manager David Weaver went out of his way to make sure we had a upgraded room for both stays and was so gracious and nice..I really appreciated his extra care..A+ service!! Loved this place..great bar and pool/dining..pool tables and shuffleboard! Nice walking path too!

Had a great time. Kyle was so helpful. He recommended a few things that turned out to be wonderful memories Kyle the bartender was a wealth of information for us. The beach was beautiful but not for swimming. Lots of rocks. We just went to other beaches Fun was had by all

Great birthday trip! Would visit again!
Had a great time with great views from our room! Kyle, our favorite bartender was the best and offered great advice on sites and food! Be sure to look him up - works in the evenings! Location in Kapa'a was perfect to go North or South. Na Pali coast was gorgeous!

Love this place!!
My wife and I live on Kauai and whenever we need a staycation we choose this hotel. It has such a relaxing beach vibe and never disappoints. We also are regulars at the charming poolside bar and restaurant, The Crooked Surf. Not only are the drinks spectacular the food is also always on point. What really sets it apart is the staff! Everyone who works there truly embodies the Aloha spirit and gives the customer the best experience one could ask for! Special shout outs to Janice, Shay, Kyle and Aden! Thanks for always taking such good care of us!

Be aware… Just left the resort. Pros: nice ocean view, bikes, outdoor games, plenty of seating at pool, convenient to travel north or south, close to shopping/ food options, safe. Cons: my 80 year old parents AC dumped a ton of water in their room, soaking the floor. Room smelled like mildew. Toilet broke. Springs in mattress popping out. They got moved to another room. Bearly got an apology. No compensation for inconvenience of first night. Crazy loud AC in all three rooms. Beware of extra fees Never been on a smaller balcony. While they have bikes and outdoor games, be prepared for them to be put away early. No chalk at pool table. No balls on football table.
