Aug 14, 2025Beautiful Hotel I recommend it, Wonderful....!!!!
I have already spent 7 days enjoying this beautiful hotel with my family. We came from Canada and are returning tomorrow Friday. I want to tell you that the experience has been wonderful: excellent food, excellent entertainment, excellent rooms, excellent pool and beach. We stayed in Luxury Junior Suite rooms. We have spent pleasant and very happy days. It is an excellent hotel and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable vacation. Unfortunately I only have to give one negative aspect and it was the attention in Guest Service by Evelyn and Juan Carlos. They are really rude, unfriendly people who should not be serving customers but rather hiding in an office. They do not know how to speak and they made me feel as if I were not a customer but as if they had given me the trip. Bad service, bad information. They did not want to give me the reservation in the restaurants and in a very aggressive and petulant tone they told me that for eight days I only had access to two restaurants and that's it, nothing could be done. We had 3 rooms reserved. They could have shown more flexibility by giving the option that if the restaurants were not full they could give us one more reservation and make us feel like important customers. In short, for these two people who give attention to this beautiful hotel, it is very sad. Please review it and do something so that these people are not serving customers.

Unforgettable
Had the best time at Senator Puerto Plata Resort! The place is gorgeous, the vibe is amazing, and the entertainment team keeps the fun going all day. Huge shout-out to Shorty—full of energy, hilarious, and made every activity unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful time at senator resort everybody was great my room house keeper was excellent Maria she took good care of us 3girls from New York City she is a sweetheart room 609 bless all of them food hall was amazing all of the family came from Puerto Rico and we rocked the place everyone was happy bless them too they were just doing their job well done coming back 🤗🙏

My Experience at Senetor Puerto Plata
My favorite part was the Embers steak house which had the best food. I also really enjoyed the entertainment with the shorty!!!
