I just have to share how wonderful of an experience we had at our recent visit to your location. We stayed in your Villa Zamna for our girls trip celebrating my friends 60th birthday. Luis and Enrique were the best..they absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Felt like family immediately. They deserve all the accolades. Highy recommend 🙌

Oct 18, 2026A big let down – as an experienced all-inclusive traveler in the region this was a disappointment
Unimpressive, disappointing. We had high expectations for our babymoon and the reality is that it was the wordy all-inclusive experience I’ve had in the region despite quite a few in my life, and this being the priciest one. The room was nice enough despite several issues (no handle to get in from swim up pool, shower didn’t drain), some of the staff were AMAZING (Adalinda, Michaela, Jairo, Hector) but they were so short staffed it really affected our stay and experience, they ignored our purpose for visiting, the “marketing” team (sales for “membership”) were aggressive, multiple restaurants were closed, experiences were minimal and lacking, we were charged for a day we couldn’t be there although we did inform them (I could almost see this if they’d been at capacity but there were shockingly few guests there), the beach was far and dirty and an unpleasant experience, and more. All in all we felt let down and would go anywhere else above returning here).

Don't go to Tulum
Don't waist your money, The beach at Tulum at least that week Oct 1 to Oct 8, was terrible the sarwazo is everywhere and the people from the beach club at the hotel they don't clean the beach area. Is impossible to swim in that ocean. The breakfast buffet and lunch are good, during the night I don't remember the name of the restaurant but please don't order the New York stake is terrible good flavor but the meet is very chewy.

Did not have hot water our entire trip, I paid for an additional room because we needed to take showers and they did not let me check into that room or give me a refund. Our room flooded due to the shower the first day we were there. The tv did not work properly. The food is not good. It was my birthday and we missed excursions due to not being able to take showers. I do not recommend this resort

Super Relaxing!
Our stay at Secrets Tulum was very relaxing and staff was great, even though it rained everyday. Shoutout to our concierge (Nataly), waitress ( Carolina), Bartender (Carlos), and all the staff we encountered. Everyone, made our stay comfort and pleasant. Will definitely be coming back!
