    Amazing food and pools

    Incredible resort, with fabulous restaurants and pools. The service was impeccable, and I would return in a heartbeat!

    Enjoyed the Jungle & the Beach

    Unique location, the resort is in the Jungle, 15 minutes from Casa Zamna Beach Club, the resorts beachfront property. We stayed on the beach at Casa Zamna, our patio was the beach! Didn’t like that it was sargassum season. Loved the room, the service, the cleanliness, and the amenities. Tulum was a vibe with shops, clubs, & nice restaurants. Arturo and the UVC team was great!

    Luxusurlaub im Herzen von Tulum

    Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Unterhaltungsangebot war auch sehr gut.Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig, ich kann eine swim-out Zimmer empfehlen. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde täglich sehr gewissenhaft und gründlich durchgeführt. Die Auswahl der Getränke der Minibar, aber auch im gesamten Hotel ist sehr groß. Alle Getränke sind all inclusive (auch alkoholische Getränke). Das Angebot beim Essen ist sehr groß und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Bedienungen sind sehr aufmerksam, man wird immer sofort freundlich bedient. Man wird auch immer wieder gefragt, ob man noch weiter Wünsche hat. Es gibt mehrere Pools - je nach Präferenz - der Main Pool und der Rooftop Pool ist mit mehr Unterhaltung, die anderen eher zum Entspannen. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderschöne Beachbar mit top Service am karibischen Meer. Definitiv einen ( bzw. mehrere) Besuch wert. Das Hotel liegt etwas am Rande von der Stadt, diese ist fußläufig (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Taxi schnell erreichbar. Ausflugsziele wie zum Besispiel die Ruinen von Tulum oder Gran Cenote sind mit dem Taxi innerhalb von 12-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal (Pförtner, Reinigungskraft, Bedienungen, Barkeeper etc.) sind alle sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich schon in vielen Hotels dieser Kategorie genächtigt habe, habe ich bisher noch keinen so guten Service wie in diesem Hotel genossen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Hotelpersonal für diesen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Ohne euch wäre es nicht möglich gewesen.

    Excellent endroit acceuil et nourriture

    Endroit exceptionnel service merveilleux nourriture exceptionnelle. Petit point négatif le beach club n’est pas à l’image de l’accueil du resort

    Casa Zamna: Best Staff in Tulum!

    Casa Zamna was a great experience - right on the beach in the heart of the Tulum strip! The staff there are thoughtful and so kind - above and beyond what you’d expect from an all inclusive! Extra special shout out to Carlos and the team at dinner at Rosewater restaurant, Carolina at breakfast, Sergio by the pool and Fabiola and Emmanuel at the front desk with a great bellman team!
