Secrets tides is an amazing resort. The service was impeccable. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Our butler, Hedral, made the experience most memorable. He fulfilled all our needs quickly and always with a smile. He is an asset to their resort. I would highly recommend the all inclusive, preferred club experience at secrets.

Winter retreat was treat
The staff at the resort was very attentive and friendly and Our butler Jonathan Melo was great. Facility was very clean and well cared for!!! Yes we would come back.

Relaxing vacation
This resort was very well maintained and had great service. Hedral, our butler, was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation!

Excellent Service at Secrets Tides!!
Beautiful, clean resort, with excellent food and dining options. Service was amazing and Ezy made sure everything we needed was taken care of promptly!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great vacation
Had a great experience, just had trouble finding chairs by the pool unless got up really early. Food was good variety. Rooms were spacious and always clean.
