From the fresh towelettes at the entrance till the last sweet gesture at Market Cafe, everything and everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming! Manolo, Cesar and Mr Jose at Market Cafe with the rest of their team, Mr Jose and his team at Dragons, Eduardo and Johny at activities, Adan and team and Spa, we could not have been happier. Food quality, choices and service, all are very very good! Live music and entertainment in the evenings, poolside activities, wonderful beaches and the people to make you feel special! Everything is A+! Highly recommend!

Our Mexican getaway
This was our first time visiting Secrets the Vine and honestly it was the best experience we had. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing the staff are extremely helpful and sooo welcoming, everyone was very kind and friendly. The hotel is super clean, plus rooms are very spacious with amazing views. Highly recommended it.

Amazing stay. Adults only and accommodations are plentiful. Couples appeared to be the main guest type during our stay, but as a female friend group, we did not find an issue with this and enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Beach access is easy, and a great number of pool/ocean view options, even if you are not a preferred member. The food was average, the best options were the Olio and Steakhouse.

Excellent resort for a relaxing vacation
Great clean resort with lots of food options, nice gym, spa and great pools. Excellent customer service, very comfortable beds, beautiful spacious rooms with a balcony and an ocean view and good entertainment. Very nice and relaxing vibe overall. The best pool and beach service I have ever had!

Stayed at Preferred club level room. All the staffs were nice and helpful!!! Top notch drinks and delicious foods were served!!! Overall Expect 4.5 Star Ratings hotel-not 5 Star. Waiter Willian at Olio Restaurant, Buttler Hector and Gabriela, Buffet Hostess Michelle made our stays at Secrets The Vine Exceptional!!!! As expected, the beach waves were too strong to enjoy the beach😂😢😩
