We had the absolute best time. The staff is very attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for the guest. We especially loved, Erensto, Jesus, Felix, Enrique, Ulisas, Carlos, Antonio, Juan, all the girls. Great service and all around a wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here to experience this fun group

Great Stay!
Check in process was easy. Because of a special event, they made our stay even more special. Great view of the beach from room. The food was delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful. Would love to go back and vacation with them again. Great stay!

Loved it!
Secrets provided us a first class experience that truly made it our best vacation. The food and service throughout the resort was top notch. All of the staff we encountered treated us so well. We were there during a hurricane and still had a great time. We can't wait to go back.

Bracket Making
Juan was the best with my husband and I as we made bracelets! Love this resort soooooo much. He was very enthusiastic and he explained everything very well. It made it easy and something cute that we can take home without spending a bunch of money. Cheers to you Juan!

Ernesto was so great around the pool. He was very entertaining. He kept us entertained the whole time and came back multiple times to make sure we were having a good time. He was very nice and not intruding at all. He was nice and included everyone that was around us.
