  Wonderful Resort, Great Entertainment, Beautiful Beach!!!

  This resort was so amazing, I'm not sure where to start! It was about a 45 minute drive from the airport, and when we arrived check in was smooth and seamless. The room was spotless and large. I found the bed very comfortable and room temperature just right. Twice daily housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy. The daily activities start at 8AM (starting with Yoga on the spectacular BEACH!!) and continue into the late hours. The resort does an amazing job with the activity schedule moving from relaxing (yoga) to move active (aerobics) to very social (volleyball) to early evening entertainment (solo musical artist) to evening show (in the theater) to live band...all in one day! They have some of the most unique and enjoyable shows of any Secrets. The Cabaret, Jungle King Circus, Fire and Soul, and Elements shows were all outstanding. The shows run around 45 minutes, just in time for you to make your way to the next event, which is usually a live band. If you have attended these shows at other Secrets, give them a try here, they are different from shows at other Secrets. The head of Entertainment, Julioo leads a group of engaging team members that keep the guests entertained and happy. The restaurants are all great. Daily breakfast at the Market Cafe was wonderful, lunch at the Market Cafe, poolside, or at Seaside was quick and tasty, and dinner was good at every restaurant, I could not pick a favorite and fortunately you do not have to since there are so many choices. The resort has four pools, one reserved for preferred only. My favorite was the jungle pool at the back of the hotel by building 9, it is more secluded and quieter than the others. This resort did have my favorite Rendezvous of any Secrets. Its' location in the center of the resort made it it perfect meeting space to enjoy spending time before / after dinner. Last but not least, my personal concierge, Moises, was on point. He was not intrusive and he was always available. If you have a chance to go to this resort – come here, you will not regret the decision.

  Great place for couples wishing to spoil yourselves or celebrate a special occasion.

  Excellent service from Concierge to all other staff. Only gripe was no Tui representative at the 5 star hotel to help with travel issues. Seemed non-existent. Trying to get hold of one was extremely difficult to say the least. Beach immaculate.

  Don’t doubt just book!

  Book now!!! This was the best vacation I have ever been on. It was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The food was phenomenal and the staff was beyond amazing. Every single need was taken care of and not once did I have any worries because they took care of everything.

  Tropical Vacation Perfection

  Staff - every person we interacted with was professional, helpful, and friendly, especially Daniel who was working on the beach and Duran and Eduardo who were working as butlers for our building Views - beautiful views of the ocean from nearly every room, if you book a premier room you will be closest to the ocean and have an uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean

  Great romantic getaway

  Overall this resort is EXCELLENT. The fine dining choices have great ambiance and mostly great food. It is all inclusive so order multiple things on the menu, steaks, Oso Bucco and braised items seem to be best. The lunch portions are great and easily accessible. Take the cocktail classes, so much fun. Visit El Patio for Mexican coffee, you wont be disappointed with the show Joseph and Jordan put on while preparing this great cocktail after dinner. Room service is OK but the breakfast buffet has all kinds of things to cure what ails you from the night before and fuel you up for another day of fun in the sun!
