May 12, 2025You don't want to miss Secrets. Excellent vacation location
This place was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Everyone from the front desk, bellmen, waiters, housekeeping, sales associates in the shops, servers and the staff around the pools were always making sure we had what we needed with a smile on their face. Roberto was our favorite. He made sure we always had a drink in hand by the pool.

Secrets Moxché experience
Most amazing resort experience I’ve ever had. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Monica, Sergio, Julio, Jessica, Axel, Jose, Christian, Regina were so nice and made my experience 10x better! Secrets Moxché will exceed your expectations.

Amazing
Julio Monica Jessica Gabriela Sergio Aranza Christian Regina Jose Axel The entertainment team did an amazing job running all of the activities and keeping everyone happy. The beach volleyball was the best part and they did a great job of keeping it fun everytime.

The best honeymoon!
The entertainment team at Secrets is fantastic! Gabriella, Felix, Aranaza, Julio, Jessica, Sergio, Monica and Regina all helped to make our honeymoon amazing! My husband and I were the only people who showed up for a darts event and yet Felix was full of energy and made this such a fun, personalized experience (he even gave us little souvenirs)! Gabriella and Aranza we saw most days we were at Moxché and they would stop to check in, inform us of activities and Aranza even made my husband and I bracelets on our last full day at the resort. Gabriella and Jessica led a wonderful kayak tour and provided us with information about the area which we appreciated. Regina led a bingo event at the Sugar Reef pool which was so much fun. Zumba with Daniella was also a hit! We loved karaoke at the Dark Horse, the silent disco on the beach, and the Gyspsy Club. Shows were hit or miss, but we loved the Quirky show! Our concierge, Paola was so helpful with our requests. Overall, food was good! Seasoul was our favorite restaurant. Their baja fish tacos were probably the best fish tacos we’ve ever had. Their breakfasts were also very good!

A+ Experience
Aranza, Felix, Gabriella, Julio, Monica, Jessica, Regina, and Sergio in the entertainment team were all great! They all worked very hard to make our visit fun and entertaining! Paola in concierge was very helpful with our request. The resort is beautiful and the food is great as well! Make sure you
