We had a great time at secrets. The entertainment team (Gabby Danny and Jessica and others) did a great job with the activities that ranged from fitness classes in the pool to volleyball to hyping up the evening shows. Jose did a great job with keeping our room clean and stocked. Jacobo was great at the pool deck and keeping us in the shade with clear sunglasses. Aranza as out concierge was attentive to anything we reached out to her about. Overall the food and drinks were great and we felt like everything we needed was taken care of.

We had a great time! We’ve been to a different resort a few time that we believed to be top notch but Secrets Moxche was a different level. There was sooooo much to do. The themed nights were so much fun. The activities staff (Gabi, Jessica, Dani) we so much fun and really engaged well with the guests. Ricardo by the activities pool was amazing. Our concierge staff Aranza was helpful and anticipated needs well. We will definitely come back

Best trip EVER!!!!
Gabriela was a amazing, Jessica and Gabriela made us bracelets and kept us laughing! so amazing, David kept us busy having fun!!! Jacobo was very attentive and always available. Monica was so helpful. Miguel (mexican mike) was so helpful when it came to keeping up on activities. Alfredo Martinez ( fettuccine) was the BEST when It came to keeping our drinks full and keeping us entertained.. best crew we could ask for!!! Will definitely be coming back!! THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH!!! GREAT JOB.. GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE.

Best Experience at Secrets
The secrets entertainment team: Gabriella, Jessica, David, Monica, Miguel have been the best entertainers. They made us laugh, dance, made us bracelets, told us about all of the fun things to do. We will miss them when we are gone. Please let me take them home with me.

A top class hotel!
This hotel is fantastic! The level of luxury and care they provide to guests is outstanding. The staff here are so attentive and really do go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met. From Daniel and Jacobo at the pools who are just brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble. From adjusting and moving your umbrellas in the morning, to offering to clean your sunglasses while you’re lounging on the sunbeds. You literally feel like you’ve been friends for years. The barman at the Sugar Reef bar are so friendly. There’s always someone on hand at the pool to take your drinks order and the guys that work behind the bar there are great. A big thank you to Domingo who has kept us regularly refreshed with delicious drinks, you’re never waiting long for your next cocktail. A big big shout out to Diego who has been working in the lounge bar during our stay. He is fantastic, an absolute gentleman and a huge asset to the hotel. From remembering your names, to knowing your drinks order and the great conversations, again so attentive, friendly and just a super guy. We’ll definitely miss him once we leave here. Another huge thank you to the barman Philiberto who’s looked after us so well during our stay. There are a superb choice of restaurants from French, Italian, Japanese, Steakhouse, Mexican just to name a few. There’s plenty of choice with something to offer everyone. The service is always fast and the food has been top notch. The hotel is stunning but it’s truly the people who work here that make this a 10/10 resort. We’ll definitely be visiting again.
