What a great Christmas experience. Karen our concierge was awesome along with the service we received with the pool beds. This was our 5th time there and the people are the reason we keep going back.

Excelente wedding vows renewal. A PLUS recommend!
We recently did our vow renewal in Cancun at Secrets Maroma beach. It was an excelente Experience and one we will never forget. Rifkele in the wedding Department created an excellent venue for our vow renewal. Love is real Weddings provided unforgettable nuptials. Our personal concierge Marcelo in building 27 took care of every need or want, and our room was perfect on our wedding night and the next day as a married couple with beautiful heart shape roses on the bed and jacuzzi tub ready to go! Marco and Franco were excellent by the pool and beach service. Margarita and the rest of the staff were excellent as well in the preferred beach club and breakfast was great. We highly recommend Marcelo and building 27 and room 2730 for gorgeous océano view! The bar staff in lobby, pool, and beach were prompt and gracioso. The bell man Johnathan and Sylvestre provided great care with our transport and luggage. Thanks to Ámstar for airport transfer Services. Overall 5 Star Service from every one. Namio cleaned our room daily and beautiful. Thanks for the turndown service and the daily wetbar Services. The ground crew was excepcional. Thank you to Hugo in wedding venue, Erik my own personal medic and the minister! We will be back!

Jan 01, 2026Very nice resort, great staff, fix the pools issues and we would come back. I VOME TO MEXICO TO BE WARM AND WET!
The resort is beautiful, our beachfront suite was awesome and very clean. Only complaints: We came down to sit in the pools and mingle for vacation. Very disappointed! The swim up pool was about 70 degrees so we didn’t use it at all! The pools were very cold so very few people were in the pools. The surface of the pools and even the spa were so rough I could barely walk on them!!! We were told the pools were heated but they couldn’t have been more than 75-80 degrees. Not fun! We really liked everything else but these features would keep up from returning!

We will be back
What a wonderful experience. My wife and I came back to this property. I cannot say enough good things about it. I'd like to call out our beach captains, Franco and Luis. They did an outstanding job helping us with our beach cabana. Also Jessica, who worked up in the lobby bar taught us Spanish. She was great. Our mornings started at Coco Café with Estrella and Neydi. They always had smiles. But Roger our Concierge was outstanding. There were a few things we needed, and he was right there to help us. Eduardo also did a great job when we were leaving. Hyatt and Maroma Beach should be proud of their staff.

We love secrets
We have had the most amazing time. Lovely staff, food and entertainment. Angel our concierge in block 14 couldn’t do anymore for us. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure we have been looked after during our stay. We will definitely be recommending this resort to others and will of course be returning.
