We had a wonderful experience and look forward to going back! We were there for our 30th anniversary but agreed that we should take an annual trip. Secrets Cap Cana was beautiful and the service was amazing. All of the staff was so attentive and helpful, we couldn't have been more impressed.

Unforgettable Experience
Secrets Cap Cana – October, 2025 My spouse and I recently returned from our first visit to Secrets Cap Cana, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The resort’s beautifully landscaped grounds, outstanding culinary offerings, and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Having stayed at several resorts in Punta Cana, we can confidently say that Secrets Cap Cana surpasses them all. Our concierge, Mr. Aníbal Guerrero, provided the most attentive and professional butler service we have ever experienced. Mr. Juan Tirén, the bar manager, was incredibly gracious and surprised us with a stunning platter of fresh fruit and shrimp cocktails. Mr. Jackson delighted us daily with refreshing coconuts, while Francy, our favorite bartender at the Secrets Preferred Lounge Bar, always knew our favorite drinks before we even had to ask. We also enjoyed a wonderful photography session with Edward Gallo, Victor Manuel, and Miguel Castro, who made the experience fun and memorable. At the Secrets Spa, Manuela and Yenny delivered the best deep tissue massage we have ever had—so much so that we booked a second session before leaving. We highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana to anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway. We are already looking forward to returning soon. Great first experience
We searched all the resorts in the DR. We decided on Secrets Cap Cana because of the high reviews, adult-only, and safety. Cap Cana is a gated community, and the resort itself also had security 24/7. The resort was clean and had plenty of dining options for dinner. Breakfast was limited unless guests upgraded to Preferred Status. Honestly, due to it being our first AI, we decided to opt for Preferred Status and wanted to see what was being offered. Our concierge, Berrato, was amazing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Juan Carlos, our server for our private dinner at Portofino, took great care of us. The ladies at the Spa, Miss Wanda, Miss Lydia, and Miss Rosemery, were great. They were attentive to our needs during our massage. I'm sure AI experiences are somewhat similar, but what made Secrets Cap Cana special is its staff. Some tips we have learned is to bring cash and make sure it is in $1 increments. Even if you have bigger dollars, you can always make change with the staff.

Swim Up Room was amazing
I just got back from the most incredible stay in Punta Cana, and I’m still smiling every time I think about it. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a postcard — palm trees swaying, warm ocean breeze, and that “you’ve officially escaped” kind of peace. The resort was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, but what really stood out was the vibe. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the stay special. Whether it was the morning smiles from the breakfast staff, the pool attendants who knew my drink order by day two, or the entertainment team keeping everyone laughing and dancing at night — the energy was unmatched. My room was spacious, bright, and perfectly maintained. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of waves felt like luxury in its purest form. The food options were amazing — fresh tropical fruit, made-to-order omelets, beachside seafood, and so many flavors that truly captured the Dominican culture. What I loved most was how balanced everything felt: plenty of moments to relax, but also so many fun things to do. The pool scene was lively but not overwhelming, and the beach? Absolutely stunning — calm, clear, and picture-perfect from sunrise to sunset. By the end of the trip, I felt recharged, inspired, and already planning when I could come back.
