We chose this destination for our honeymoon. We loved the resort. However, when they tell you tips are included in your all inclusive price, they really mean you should tip everyone you pass on the resort. Our butler was great, he was always trying to figure out ways to make our stay better, however he was very insistent on arranging us breakfast in bed. We honestly didn’t want that because we enjoyed going to the buffet. However, we agreed to do it and told him what time we’d like it at. He assured us it was complimentary and for our special occasion. First off, the guy that delivered our breakfast was 45 minutes early and woke us both up. Which, no big deal if that was the biggest problem. He brought our food into the room and after he was done setting things up he said “money” very aggressively. I was very confused since I was told it was complimentary and we didn’t really want it to begin with so I said “im sorry what was that?” He again said money. So I asked him how much we owed him and frantically looked for my wallet and phone to call our butler to iron this out as my wife is still in the same room in bed. He then says “no problem” and walks towards us and flips us off with both hands. My wife was terrified the rest of the trip and we tipped everyone else we ran into at this resort out of fear of retaliation. We reached out to customer service after we got home and they basically acted like it was no big deal. I loved the resort but would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your trip.

This resort was one of the best we’ve been to. My wife blew up Ramon’s phone daily and he was the best! Food was amazing, service at the pool could have been better. Preferred club Bali bed is worth the price. I would definitely go back. Spa is reasonably priced. We had a great time. Ramon should be promoted!

Definitely worth another visit!
We had an amazing stay at Secrets CapCana! Everyone there made it a special vacation but a few went above and beyond: Matiel Reyes (Butler), Lady No Gaga (Entertainment team), Juan at Main Pool, Francisco at RoseWater bar, Nerrisa at Preferred Club pool, Sweetie (Entertainment team), Esprenza at Preferred Pool, Ile (gift shop), Bioty and Yoranis at Lobby Bar.

Amazing trip!
We had the most incredible experience, and a huge part of that was because of Gerardo, our butler. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything. He truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary so special and unforgettable. Every detail was handled with care, and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to have the best time. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful — stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was perfectly maintained. On top of that, every single staff member we encountered was so warm and friendly. We felt welcomed and cared for the entire stay. Thank you, Gerardo, for making our anniversary celebration one we will always remember. 💛✨

Wonderful Stay!
We have been to many Sandals resorts but this one was much nicer in service and food quality. The beach is beautiful. The airport is close by.
