Wife and I spent 21 nights at this resort from 19th January through to 9th February. The service we got throughout the resort for the entire duration was as good as we have experienced anywhere in the world since Covid. Food exceeded our expectations for an All Inclusive resort but can't pick out a favourite restaurant as we enjoyed them all equally. The 'Pool Police' did a great and fair job of ensuring no unattended beds round the pool were reserved before 09.00. Special mentions have to go out to:- Concierge:- Johan Pool Waiting Staff (excuse the spelling) Madeleine, 'JoJo, The Smiler' & Yanipt Not forgetting the legend himself 'The Solution Master' Coffee Shop (Two Flat Whites and Two Fruit Cups):- Solange & Alexandra Even though I have no hesitation in giving this resort a five star review I feel the need to point out that for our duration there were a number of large corporate guests (over 100 each time) that severely changed the vibe of the hotel. We had fun watching it unfold each week as the different companies came in. Town and Country were there for the first week and Circle K the second week. They all had fun and got a little over excited at times but that's never a problem. On the third week the plumbing suppliers arrived. This ranked the volume up considerably, not only in the bar but tables of 12 or so in the restaurants that were incapable of having a conversation without literally shouting at each other. Dress codes were pushed to the limits with swim shorts, sliders and caps on during dinner but the lack of consideration for other dinners was unacceptable at times from some (not all I hasten to add) of the third week guests with people falling over when leaving dinner as they were no longer able to walk and one 'lady' was even sick in the lobby bar then simply carried on drinking. We did mention our disappointment to both our concierge and on check out about the feral behaviour from some of the guests on week 3 but it would be unfair of me to mark down the hotel simply because some guests had little or no respect for the other guests and staff around them. Would we return? Without hesitation but just be aware that at certain times of the year the hotel plays host to some large corporate events that will and does change the vibe. See you next January for another 21 nights, BOOKED!

Great property, wonderful staff.
we’ve been traveling to Secrets resorts for 11 years now, and I have to say, Secrets Cap Cana is the best experience we’ve had. The staff is so friendly, the resort is beautiful, and the beach is long & Sandy. From our concierge, Sherine, to our Butler, Leonardo (who was fantastic!), the whole experience was wonderful and we will be coming back to this property again.

Fantastic Experience!!
SCC is the best resort we've been to from check in to check out our overall experience was amazing. Cleanliness was amazing and the people I just cannot say enough about. Everyone that works here truly enjoys their job. Our conceirge Gerardo was terrific! He assisited us with all our needs. Mini me was everywhere from checking us in to playing corn hole to dancing at the Lobby bar! I already recommednded to my brother and he is coing next month. Thanks for making our stay spectacular!!

A great stay at Secrets Cap Cana!!!
My wife and I spent the first week of February at Secrets Cap Cana. Check in was smooth through the UVC office. We met our butler Carlos right away. He was fantastic and helped us all week with reserving spa and bali beds. He was the best!!! The resort was very clean and well kept. Our tropical view room had a surprisingly great view with a partial view of the ocean. The lobby was great and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The nightly entertainment was very good. The El Patio and the Bordeaux restaurants were awesome. The Wine and Chocolate event was fun. The preferred club lounge was very relaxing with great drinks. A special thank you to Stephany our waitress on the beach, Miguel for the great drinks at preferred club lounge, Eddie our waiter at the Bordeaux, Santa who served us at the PC pool, Jose for taking care of us at the Wine/Chocolate event, and Evelyn & Carmen for the great spa experience. All the staff was very friendly and happy to help us. We have been to several Secrets and this is one of the best. We will be back!!

Great DR experience.
First time at Secrets Cap Cana and was not disappointed. Our travel agent recommended it to us and she nailed it. Food and entertainment was great but the staff was better.
