  Do not reccomend

  Rooms are dated for a new resort, garbage throughout the resort, pigeons walk on flatware and tables used for outdoor food service. We paid for premium service and were told there was not premium liquor available, and anyone (including those that did not pay), were able to access the premium pool area. Felt very spring break even though the price tag was much more than that. Food is not great either.

  A Paradise Within a Paradise

  Beyond Aruba itself being a true paradise, Secrets Baby Beach takes the experience of visiting the island to an even higher level. There are plenty of fun activities, beautiful and impeccably maintained spaces, and a great variety of food and drinks.

  One of my top fav resorts!

  My stay at Secrets Resort from Sunday, January 25, 2026 to January 29, 2026 was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, the staff made the entire experience memorable, and that truly made all the difference. First, the bellman team welcomed us with open arms and immediately set the tone for a great stay. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A very special thank you to Ashawn and Joshua from the bellman team — they personally escorted me to my room and made sure I was completely settled in. His warm personality and professionalism sparked the beginning of what turned out to be a phenomenal trip. To also add, I always seen Joshua throughout the resort and he always conducted himself with great professionalism and customer service! Now let’s talk about the concierge team! Berlaine was absolutely wonderful. She assisted me and my party with several questions throughout our stay and consistently made us feel right at home. What truly stood out to me was that she remembered it was my birthday. She came up to me personally to wish me a happy birthday, and that meant so much. It made me feel very, very special. Her customer service was exceptional, and the fact that we still keep in touch to this day speaks volumes about the genuine connections she builds with guests. And the bartenders… WOW! Chanel, Eduardo, Daniel, Haniel, Oz, Robert, and Louise truly made this trip unforgettable. (I hope I am not forgetting anyone) Their energy, hospitality, and attention to detail were unmatched. They made sure we had an amazing time every single day. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. I also want to acknowledge the bar manager, Jonathan — or as my crew called him, “Boss Man.” He was always present, making sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were taken care of properly. That level of leadership does not go unnoticed! Also, the lady that served on the grille in the early afternoon— 10/10! Great job! Always had great customer service! Overall, my experience at Secrets Resort was incredible because of the people. The resort already had a nice, clean atmosphere, but the staff truly made it special. I cannot wait to come back — and I sincerely hope this amazing team is still there when I do! — Justice Hill

  A relaxing getaway in a beautiful resort

  We wanted a winter getaway to beautiful location, and this fit the bill. The resort is clean and never seemed crowded - no fighting for lounges by the pool or long waits at the restaurants. The room was big, clean and well equipped. The resort sits on a hill that is steps from the ocean. Baby beach is a short walk down the hill (they offer transports if necessary). This protected beach with its shallow waters offers convenient snorkeling - many sea turtles and fish. It is NOT convenient to the tourist area of Aruba. Cab rides are expensive and longish. So, if you want to try out a lot of local restaurants or entertainment, it's not a very convenient location. We did a tour of the island one day - which was great because it gave us a feel for what was out there. Since we wanted relaxation, this met our needs. Four on-site restaurants offer very good dining options. A buffet with good variety provides breakfast and lunch. In addition, room service is available 24*7 as is a small cafe (coffee, tea, deserts, prepared sandwiches and fruit).

  Exceeded My Expectations – The Staff Made All the Difference

  I had an incredible time at Secrets Baby Beach. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and perfectly set up for both relaxation and fun. It’s walking distance to Baby Beach, which is absolutely stunning — calm, peaceful water and the perfect place to unwind. The overall atmosphere of the resort feels luxurious yet welcoming. What truly made my stay stand out, though, was the staff. I’ll be honest — in the past, I wasn’t a huge Aruba lover. It always felt a bit too touristy for me. But this trip completely shifted my perspective, and that’s because of the people. The warmth and genuine hospitality I experienced here made all the difference. A special shoutout to the Entertainment Team — especially my favorites Lisa, Yasmine, Taisia, and Ivy. They brought incredible energy, warmth, and personality to the resort and made every day feel special. Whether it was activities, casual conversations, or just their positive presence around the property, they truly elevated the entire experience. I also have to mention Yari at Market Café (such attentive and kind service), Ricardo who made my daily omelettes (always consistent and welcoming), and Boogie at the gym for keeping the energy up. The bartenders at the pool were also great! I wish I could remember every single name but then the list would go on forever. Overall, the staff were engaging, professional, and genuinely made guests feel included and cared for. They’re the reason I would return — and the reason Aruba feels different to me now. Highly recommend Secrets Baby Beach.
