    Pictures don't match the reality

    The hotel is not clean, it is old, the pictures are really enhanced to make it look good. I went by the pictures and chose it due its three beds for kids. I don't recommend it. There is no much difference in price with respect to better hotels. The only good things were the staff and the food.

    Roberto was the best server, he was very tentative and always had a great attitude! Made our experience better than it already was! Israel was is the best bartender if you ever need a drink, look for him!! ———————————————————————————— Roberto fue el mejor mesero, muy atento y siempre con una actitud excelente. ¡Hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor! Israel fue el mejor barman. Si alguna vez necesitas algo, ¡búscalo!

    A few minor suggestions, but overall good experience.

    -No hairdryer in the room, although it is listed on the website as a room amenity. -No coffee maker in the room, although it is pictured on the website photos. -Room service is not included in the all inclusive price, this should be described on the website. -The cleaning team did a great job cleaning our room each day, although I did notice a lot of soap scum on the metal frame on the shower. It could use a deep clean in all of the cracks and corners. -There was an unexpected $20 "tax" we had to pay at check-in. This should be something we were made aware of before hand, as well as should have received a receipt or confirmation email after payment. (I was expecting an email or something but we never got any thing showing proof we paid this) -The Seadust app is very helpful, but should include more details. For example, the children need proof of age (an ID, passport, birth certificate...etc) to participate in the Zipline activity. If this information were listed it would allow families to be more prepared. (We were not just walking around the resort with our passports and birth certificates) -The entertainment team was phenomenal! They did such a great job with the hourly activities for the children! -Overall, we loved our first family experience in Cancun thanks to the Seadust Resort!

    Old and stinky

    This place is old and they don’t keep up with upgrading the hotel. the rooms smell like sewer. The hotel needs a lot of up grades. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. But the staff is really nice. Except the staff from infinity Bruno not the nice guy. If you don’ buy the platform they are trying to sell you for an exchange of vouchers. But other than that staff are really pleasant.
