    HORRIBLE!

    We arrived at 11am and understandable our room wasn't ready so we decided to eat. We were told no food establishments were open till 12:30 we then had to wait just to eat. We then had to wait till 3:30 instead of 3 on the room being ready. The buffet was horrible which we had to eat at for all 3 meals because the restaurants weren't open for lunch just at 6 for supper. You needed a reservation for restaurants which were always booked up and were limited to begin with. I had water dripp on me from ceiling of buffet and was scolded by staff member simply for not putting a spoon back. The beach was deserted due to seaweed which I can't blame resort totally. We were constantly bothered by staff trying to upsale us on things. There wasn't much offered for kids other than swim. We felt totally ripped off and wouldn't recommend and will never go back. This resort SUCKS!!!

    Worst first day ever and no one cares

    This place is a first class dump. No seats on men’s or women’s toilets. Ac, tv, fridge, lights, and it’s $100 if you lose a towel. They finally moved our room except they never told us they did it. So we were sitting around for hours waiting for a phone call to tell us what was happening. I walked across the property twice to get to guest services because the line to fuesg services doesn’t work. The woman who swore up and down she would help me and inspect the entire new room is now no where to be found. Towels and water at the pool when it’s 90 would be nice too. They did make plenty of time to Reh and sell us a time share after I begged them to leave us alone. Her book was we couldn’t get a map without here… DONT EVER COME TO THIS DUMP.

    Another fabulous holiday

    Not long home from another fabulous holiday we didn’t want to leave we have already booked for next year x We love this resort the beach is amazing so much fun jumping the waves Our room was fab spotless great view over the pool As always everyone was so friendly and it was great seeing the friends we have made over the years Would like to thank Rosanna Sierra at concierge for her kindness and help with everything such a happy cheery lovely friendly lady Thanks to Rene Chan Kauill from the Brazilian for another amazing night for serenading us with his saxophone and to him for exceptional service and to all for the amazing food definitely recommend this restaurant the food is always top notch We missed Gonzalez Yane this year but hopefully see her next year as she’s such an asset to this restaurant another wonderful person x Would also like to thank Domingo from the Italian who this year yet again went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing night . Would also recommend this restaurant especially for a romantic evening x The food is amazing and the service again top notch x The French and Mexican restaurants were also high std great service great food a must to try x Couldn’t fault the main restaurant this year they had some changes loved all the fruit cocktail sticks at breakfast very nice x. Great choice of food lovely staff always smiling despite the long hrs they work x Big thanks to Yessi our pool waitress wow she is a hard worker she never stops and keeps everyone in good form as she is always so happy cheery bouncy funny where do I stop x was dissappointed that they moved her the last couple of days to the elite area as that is way too quiet for her character and the select pool needs someone like Yessi !!!!!!!!! The entertainment team fantastic as always great games great pool party always fun x Love the evening shows the Mexican always the favourite ❤️ Used the salon multiple times and the lady I got this year to pleat my hair wow was she the best outstanding please don’t let her leave I need her next year 😂 x. I’m gutted I can’t remember her name she was such a lovely person x The officers club is lovely to unwind and relax in thanks to Carlos Puc at the top bar and Daniel from the bottom bar for all their amazing cocktails x See you all again next year thanks for another truly amazing holiday Sandos xx
