Yamilet in the French restaurant was extremely attentive , polite, and very personal at every visit. She took the time to teach us some Spanish words. The food was always excellent. We also had the opportunity to have her at the Mexican restaurant , same politeness and always a smile. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This was our first experience of AI for a family and we really enjoyed it. Resort was clean, lots of amenities for the family but not too big. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and entertainment was far better than I was expecting. Some parts of the resort were slightly dated and sometimes buffet food wasn’t the warmest, but fresh made to order options were always available. Most of the all, the beach was stunning. Warm water and white sand.

Love this place
My wife and I was here for the first two weeks in December. We had a wonderful time met up with our friends from the USA and the UK we are all Royal elite members. Maria Puente saw us at the pool every day to see lf we was happy and enjoying our holiday she also booked the restaurants for us and our friends She works closely with Eyter to ensure our holiday ran smoothly. Jose and Mariam in the Avenue bar and Rodriguez in the Premium bar are great bar staff. The beach and sea are beautiful. Already booked for December 2025 can't wait looking forward to meeting all the above mentioned people they make it feel like home from home

4th time back at Sandos
There were 6 adults in our family staying in 3 rooms in the adults select location. Definitely choose the adults section if you are traveling with 18 year olds+. The rooms were decent and we were upgraded to a suite which was nice mainly for the second bathroom. The rooms are okay, a worn out couch, a water station and small fridge. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. Nothing special, a little worn, but we only use the rooms for sleeping which worked perfectly. We ate at the buffet one night and 4 nights at the a la carte restaurants. The Buffett is excellent! There are a lot of choices for everyone and the food was very good! The restaurants we felt were a little hit and miss and a larger menu would be nice to offer more variety for our group of 6. We enjoyed the Asian one the best. The beach is awesome and one of the reasons we keep coming back. It is a huge, white powder beach with plenty of palm trees, a great swimming section and plenty to do. We enjoyed the adult only section and it was actually adults only! We did not have service staff on the beach and had to get our own drinks, but bringing a larger insulated container from home helped. The outdoor theater is another reason we keep coming back. There are some good shows, with quality performers, easy access to the bar and plenty of seating. And finally the staff. We love the staff at Sandos and they never disappoint. They are friendly, helpful, and available. Tipping does make a difference too! Veronica at the front desk made the check in smooth and easy. My long time bartender, Rodrigo, at the premium club in the meeting place always pours a great drink and Luis at the beach bar is also awesome! He makes some "specialty drinks" for us, knows what we are drinking and remembers the whole family. Sandos is big. I was on a knee scooter and made it around okay. It isn't the fanciest, it does have some aging, it has a fabulous beach, great outdoor shows, a variety of good food options and a great staff.

Food. Good. OMG.
Valentina and Rodolfo were aboslutely charming. The food was AMAZINGLY TASTY and the atmosphere was perfect. Will be back! Estupendo! Very good traditional Mexican cuisine. The wine was good. Muy bueno queso y carne. The staff was friendly and professional! Valentina and Rodolfo are the BEST!
