    Worst Experience Ever.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. No one cared about customer service at all. They were very short and lied about availability and options. And on top of that, if you’re a female, they will disregard you completely. This was a resort that does not want families even though it says family friendly. 90% of the resort is for adults only. And on top of that, the little 10% kid friendly areas are restricted if you don’t have a membership. Even if you pay extra for a better experience, you still do not get treated well. Do not book here ever.

    Offensively unacceptable hospitality from top of the sandos line throughout the organization. Top to base toxic culture

    A culture is established from the top of an organization to the bottom most recently hired employee. It’s toxic here. The service is shockingly rude. Never have I been asked how’s my stay, how’s it going, or it’s a pleasure to have you stay with us. It is the same treatment whether you are booking via Royal Elite or online or literally in the front desk lobby. You can count on an experience that will ruin any good vibe you may have had flying into Cancun. I highly recommend Paradissus, closer to the airport, smaller and you’re treated a guest, not a burdening pain in all of their necks. Friends chose this place, and I’m here for them, for a great time with them, not because I am proud of a single dollar I have given them. I booked an entirely new room not through royal elite just so I could have what I needed. I didn’t ask for a discount. I did not complain. It will not do anything to help my situation, other than escalate into an argument I don’t have time for, nor want to engage in.
