Disappointed
This is our second time here. The beer is never as cold as it should be neither at the bar or in the room fridge. Wish Ida known outside was under construction before I paid $3800! Most likely last time here. Just kidding, we will be back. Food and service are excellent! Hahahaah

Fun entertainment!
Paula and Karla bring all the energy to the pool and run some really fun activities. They made our experience at Sandos so much fun!

Entertainment is great
The daytime entertainment is great. Paula and Karla are awesome. The pool servers are quick and are attentive. For a small resort they do a lot.

First time AI.
The hotel was not real bad but average. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, the bartenders in lobby bar were great. The restaurants were ok. Buffet very average, I tried all 4 and found the Italian my favorite. The Japanese was good but I don’t need a 30 min show to get my food. Seasons gave me a New York strip steak that was 1/4 in thick and grey. Had breakfast and lunch in the pool restaurant had great atmosphere and decent food. Had a problem in the buffet one night with a chair with a broken leg. When sitting down it was loose and started to collapse. Fortunately I didn’t wind up on the floor. When I mentioned and showed the chair to a wait staff he laughed. At least he took I away and didn’t allow it to be reused.
