  SAMARA NEEDS A UPGRADE And fast

  Never choose any room except deluxe vuz. The other rooms are outdated and doors are rotten off. When I entered the front area the chair cloth was so dirty like it never been washed cob webs everywhere and windows need to be cleaned why don’t you people hire person to do these simple jobs. Even behind the front desk windows there are cob webs . The place smells so old . Another thing is the upkeep of the place please wash the covers for the chairs close to the bar its so filthy. The restaurant needs a upgrade the table mats are washed out and needs to change, the chairs and tables are old the floors needs to change the restaurant need a new look it’s look it looks like a restaurant in the ghetto please remember this is a hotel do better . The parking area is across the street and someone has to be there to help you cross because you cant see around the corner HATED THAT. The BUNGALOW ROOMS are across the street from the hotel and very isolated you have to cross the busy road to get to the hotel.

  Amazing vacation at Samsara

  Staff as amazing at the resort Samsara Cliff Resort. My family and I had 7 amazing days. The resort is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from busy life. The cliff jumping is a scary at first but unique and thrilling experience. They have 3 great pools however the middle one was our favorite. The drinks are good and the food AMAZING. It was all authentic Jamaican food for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Georgia the chef is very sweet, don’t be intimidated to say hello to her. She was very attentive to us and greeted us with smiles. I appreciate the staff remembering our name. Georgia cooking was delicious, the chicken, fries, salads, fried dumplings, the scramble eggs, jerk chicken, and oxtail all delicious. Inalee the waitress came by with the best coffee and warm milk and was taking our plates and filling up our waters. Super sweet young lady with a beautiful smile. She is soft spoken and very professional and respectful. Never got the cleaning ladies names however they cleaned our rooms every day and gave us fresh towels. I don’t want to forget to mention Tina. She is such a ray of sunshine. She made great drinks and was very quick to suggest something if you asked. She was lovely to us every time we asked for a drink and made conversation sharing about herself and the Jamaican culture. She answered all our questions and told us about the TEMU store :) I appreciate all the staff from the gardener who greeted us with a good morning to the watchman/security. We appreciate and are grateful for meeting all the people we met.

  Unforgettable!

  My husband and I visited this beautiful property for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The stunning cliffside landscape was completely unforgettable. Truly breathtaking views that made our stay special. Our room was clean and comfortable. While the bed wasn’t the most luxurious we’ve experienced, it was perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom met all our needs without any issues. What really stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the front desk staff - Merlene in reservations, Jennifer, and ADACIA were all absolutely wonderful! They made us feel so welcome throughout our stay and even gave us the sweetest anniversary gift! The restaurant served fantastic made-to-order food, though the dining staff could have been a bit more welcoming. However, Tina at the bar was amazing and really enhanced our experience there! My absolute favorite part was enjoying the spectacular views and crystal-clear water at the resort. But what made it even better was the complimentary shuttle to Legends, which let us experience the beautiful beach plus all the incredible beachside restaurants. Having both the resort amenities and easy beach access was perfect. We would definitely return to this property! It was such an amazing way to experience Negril for the first time, and we can’t wait to come back.

  Lovely place to stay in Jamaica

  Although took a day or two to get used to I ended up really liking Samsara!! The staff are so welcoming, Tina and Marcia behind the bar asked our names straight away and then never forgot them, they served great cocktails and the red stripe is lovely too. They do very good mocktails too. All home cooked food which I couldn’t fault, especially the pepper pot soup and the jerk chicken. Felt very welcoming. It was a bit quiet when we weng so took a bit of getting used to but we could use Legends beach as there is a free shuttle bus between 10-4 everyday, so on some days we did that for a change of scenery. Also a shout out to Ryan and Andrew who were great taxi drivers. Rooms were very clean, but slightly outdated but the aircon worked a treat. You don’t go on holiday to stay in the rooms! Haha I would go back again.

  Secluded Negril Escape

  I’ve been coming to Negril for 20 years and this was my 3rd stay at Samsara! I’ve definitely found my spot! Is it a little outdated? Sure, but have you seen the rest of Negril? For the price you’re paying, you get a comfortable and clean room (the new Vuz rooms are a big step up), amazing staff, pretty good food (dinner is always great) and some of the best views I’ve seen on the island. I love how quiet and secluded it is, and the free shuttle to the beach when you want a little more action is perfect! I’ll miss taking morning dips in the ocean and watching sunset at the bar with Tina! See you next year Samsara family! One love!
