Anniversary Trip to Salterra Resort in South Caicos
Salterra is an absolutely amazing resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant and welcoming. The resort is clean and luxurious but what truly sets it apart is the staff. The butlers, bartenders, waitstaff, and chefs were hands down the friendliest people we’ve ever met on vacation. They bent over backwards to make sure we felt cared for, always going the extra mile with a smile. We celebrated our anniversary here, and they made it unforgettable. We’d come back to our suite to find little “surprises” waiting. They were sweet, thoughtful touches that made us feel so special. It’s the kind of personal attention that makes you never want to leave. The amenities are every bit 5-star. The suites, pools and spa are stunning and the yoga classes were such a bonus. Dining at Brine was the highlight of our stay. Their 5 course dinner with wine pairings honestly deserves a Michelin star. Each dish was paired with salts from the land just outside the resort which brought out incredible flavors in every bite. It was one of the most memorable meals we’ve ever had. Between the luxury, the kindness of the staff, and the attention to detail, it was pure perfection. We can’t wait to come back!

Unparalleled Hospitality & Exquisite Ambience
We had the most incredible stay at the Salterra! Staff: The staff and the other guests made the trip truly spectacular. The absolute top-tier awards go to our favorite mixologist, Jati, and also our kind resort ambassador, Appu. The staff has attention to detail like no other. They remember your names and preferences throughout your stay and will go the extra mile for all their guests. If you have the chance to take the cocktail class with Jati, I highly recommend it! He's knowledgeable, entertaining, and doesn't miss a beat. Accommodations - The rooms were exceptionally nice, well-appointed, and perfectly reflected the resort's vibe. Tip - Bring your favorite water bottle. There are several filtered water stations, with cool, crisp water. If I were to offer any areas of improvement, the ACs don't get quite as cool as we generally sleep here in the US, but it's a minor item, and in a warm climate, it's to be expected. Fun item: Walk down to the Flamingos in the mangrove. It's about a 25-minute walk each way, with a little off-road section, but it's worth it to see over 20 flamingos in their natural habitat. Pool - Plenty of chairs and abundant shade. Why does no one talk about the amazing cabanas?!? Several luxury cabanas offer full shade and fans to keep you out of the hot sun - I mean, as someone who requires shade, this is beyond fantastic. Food & Beverages - Yes, they are pricey, but at the end of the day, it felt completely worth it for the other included amenities and overall experience. Thank you to the entire team that hosted us! We had an outstanding time!

5 STAR ALL THE WAY
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Salterra Resort in South Caicos. This resort is stunning with the most amazing staff you will ever meet. The hospitality and kindness of the staff is what filled my heart. Going on 3 years as an ambassador member I definitely travel a ton, but this resort deserves a gold medal. Luxurious accommodations, delicious food, breathtaking views, and staff that excel in customer service to give you that 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. Kasmira, Pisa and Roberto all of you touched my heart immensely. I cried leaving there because of your incredibly, kind hearts. You are the dream team. All of you made this trip so special for my family. Joey, Anna and Cam from the adventure team- you guys are top notch. Gregory and Dinero at pool, thank you for taking care of my elderly parents, finding my sunglasses and bringing them to the beach for me. Lofton, thank you for driving us around and taking care of us the last 2 days back and forth to the airport. Bienvenue, Naresh, Sohimi, Lijin, Hannegil you made every day special for us. And Sergio for lending me your phone charger when I stayed an extra day. I don't know if I could have survived without my phone being dead going back to the US. Everyone working there makes this resort so top notch. This resort is by far my favorite, and the accommodations are out of this world but what means more to me than the accommodations is all of you and your hard work, dedication, compassion, and 5 star service. I will never forget you. Thank you for the lasting impression you have made on my family. I feel so blessed to have spent 8 glorious nights there. Kasmira, can't wait to see where you end up. Perfect getaway!
The resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing! It was fun learning more about those who have found their way to Salterra. Everyone we met along the way was super welcoming and hospitable; especially Momo and Greg who made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The accommodations, food, cocktails, ambiance, and overall experience was perfect in every way!
