    Diamond Club for the win!

    Great resort! Having an awesome time so far. Highly recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club for a much better experience. Luis at the DC bar is phenomenal. He takes his time and makes incredible drinks that look and taste amazing. At the DC pool, Jorge is the best server. He’s on top of everything and works his but off. And Miguel takes care of all your chair and towel needs.

    Best culinary experience in Mexico!

    Arturo is an absolutely brilliant chef! Weve never had an experience like it. So engaging throughout and makes truly outstanding food. Armando our served too was more than happy to help with anything we wanted. This was the highlight of our dining experience at Royalton Splash Cancun! Thank you guys!!!

    Great trip to Cancun

    Overall we have had a great time here. There were a few niggles here and there but nothing major. The hotel is everything you expect from Royalton Resorts, food, pools, entertainment etc… . As with anywhere, the staff were mostly very good but there was the odd member of staff that came across as a bit rude or abrupt. The 2 standout areas/members of the team were firstly our butlers Isaac and Daniel. Nothing was too much trouble for them and whenever there was any minor problem/issue, they sought and came up with a solution. On more than one occasion they won’t over and above; from bringing my kids Oreo ice cream when scoops the ice cream parlour was closed to doing their utmost to help remove stains from my trainers after a night out at Coco Bongos. Secondly is Luis who is the tennis pro and works in the fitness suite. He provided us with 10 lessons for my 3 kids, my sister in law and myself. Luis is a fantastic tennis coach and a very nice person. He adapted his approach depending on age and ability of each of us and did everything he could to accommodate our timings. We would definitely return and a massive thank you again to Luis (Tennis coach), Daniel and Isaac our butlers.

    A perfect holiday

    Absolutely loved the Royalton! We had the best holiday, the food is amazing g, the resort is so clean and the staff are fantastic they work soooo hard and are extremely attentive! Big shout out to leonardo round the pool he is such a sweetie and always delivered great drinks!
