    Fantastic resort! Kind people!

    The resort is massive and beautiful. The gym is world class and has all the amenities, it’s spacious and our trainer Jose was exceptionally nice and friendly. The view from the gym is ocean view, they offer Pilates and yoga classes. They also have drinks - healthy. Tennis court, pickle ball and basketball court all inclusive.Recommended 10/10.

    Ma Maison French 🇫🇷 Restaurant

    Ma Maison was a fantastic experience. Alfonso, Areli, Uviel, Servantos and Angalica are a credit to the Royalton. 5 star experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone vacating at the Royalton. We have eaten here 3 times in 9 days and will be back for a 4th before our vacation is over . Ricky and Julie

    Jonathan the chef and Miguel, the server are amazing. The best restaurant at Royalton splash. Served great drinks and appetizers. Thank you for the experience and Miguel made it that much more better. Best time ever as it was out last night!

    Call Zen sushi bar and Teppanyaki restaurant was amazing

    We dined in the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant tonight. We have done this experience in many countries, and this was an outstanding experience. Rémi is awesome!! They have excellent skills, and they’re great at engaging all of the guests.

    First post of a few to come

    I am here at the moment and will be for another 5 days. I’ll be honest I cannot fault any of the staff in any part of the hotel, they do go out of their way to make the holiday. Issues… Booking the restaurants. It’s a nightmare trying to book them as you can only book one for one day and that booking doesn’t seem to reset for 24 hours or at midnight. Sun loungers.. We were up this morning at 0545 for a tour, as usual the usual suspects were out reserving their sun beds and going back to bed, it’s hardly a holiday if you have to get up at silly o’clock to have a sun lounger. Speaking to others here today they had their belongings removed when they went to breakfast and thrown in the floor by some yes the usual suspects as they come here every year and that’s their spot. Middle of nowhere… It’s around $60 and more to get to Playa and Cancun one way in a taxi. Except for the hotel and mangroves that’s it for some distance. I’ll post another review at the end of the holiday, but the Splash need to sort out the sun lounger issue which would make the stay more pleasurable.
