Had a perfect vacation! Staff, food and facilities were great! So many options, there was always a quiet place to relax, or a party spot to hang out and listen to music! Lines were basically non existent in the water park. And there was always a place to sit in the shade

Check-in took over an hour, and the room was not what we expected. For $6,000 for the week — especially with butler service — we anticipated a much higher standard. The buffet wasn’t good, and the options were very limited, especially for kids. It was difficult to get snacks for the room, and room service was awful. We didn’t have hot water on the first day, and the dirt that came out of the jacuzzi tub was honestly disgusting. By day 5, I came down with a stomach bug, along with a few others in our group. The pool was even shut down at one point because someone had vomited in it. Overall, the experience fell far below what we expected.

Overall, we had a good stay on our trip. We went with another couple and their kids (both ours and there’s 4 and <1) and enjoyed our stay. I don’t usually do all inclusives, but it was great with the kids. We had Edwin Berroa as our butler and let me say, if you can get him, you will be very grateful. He was extremely attentive and helpful during our trip and made a big difference in our experience. The resort itself is lovely with great pools and a nice ocean front as well. Overall, for the price point would recommend

We had a wonderful family vacation at splash!! Our butler Edwin took what would have been a good vacation and turned it into a great vacation!! He was an absolute delight!!

Terrible over priced horrible food poor Maitenance and rude staff stay away!!
Avoid this hotel like the plague! As an avid traveler I’ve been lucky to travel extensively and this hotel is simply not worth the money. Check in took an hour. Had a cockroach in our room at check in. No hot water in the shower. Ask for Maitenance 28 hours later nothing. Filled up the jacuzzi tub and it won’t drain. Asked for Maitenance and no nobody has showed up for hours. There’s black dirt and debris that came up from the tub after filing. Can’t get a drink. Terrible food. If we weren’t here for a wedding we’d leave immediately. This place is absolutely awful. Other members of our party have had similiar issues. We paid for the diamond service and it’s still awful. Will never ever be back!
