Worst Royalton I ever went to. Buffet is DISGUSTING but at least we did not get sick except couple of stomach cramps. Room was ok.. work is needed. Air conditioner was not working properly. Booking a la carte is difficult. After three days we were all ready to go. Don’t feel for the invite to go breakfast in exchange of a sell presentation, you will loose 3hrs of your expensive vacation with sellers trying to push you to sign on the moment for their prime club at 50k. Once we told them no they dropped the price to 20k, and then 8k for 5 years for us to try. It’s a scam. Believe the reviews you see, worst all inclusive experience. I would go to Cuba instead of coming back here, food is better in Cuba to give you an idea.

I recently stayed at this resort with my family. We had a wonderful time. The grounds were immaculate and facilities generally well kept up. We were part of the diamond club, which worked out quite well. Our butler, Sydney, was very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. My family enjoys tennis and we played several times as well as one Pickleball event. The individual in charge of the tennis and Pickleball facility, Miguel, was very helpful to us during our stay and is a nice addition to the property. The restaurants and food were good but not the highlight. Being able to enjoy the other property (Royalton Punts Cana) with access to the ocean beach was a must.

Fantastic family resort!
Our vacation was fantastic. Our butler, Edwin Berroa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. 100% recommend! Entertainment on resort was super fun and all staff were very friendly! Rooms were spotless and comfortable!

We noticed the resort is falling apart. Rebar was exposed in the swim up bar. The pool was missing tiles and needed a good cleaning. Our room needed work also, broken stone around our sink and the mirror was discoloured. I could name more but I want to talk about 1 person on staff at the Royalton splash Edwin Berroa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed. We were shown the resort and explained what our package entailed. Every morning we were greeted with a message explaining everything that the resort had to offer that day. During the day Edwin would come find us he helped orchestrate any activity we wanted to do on or off resort. Our last day there our debit and credit cards were declined. With Edwin’s quick thinking he found a golf cart and got my husband over to the Punta Cana resort to use there bank machines. While they were heading over I was on the phone with my bank. Our cards were declined by your pos system, our bank explained. Edwin stayed with us until we left by cab. The bus left, we had to pay $50 American for the cab. My grandson was visibly upset by the entire experience. We can’t say enough about Edwin he was so professional but caring at the same time. We were in the diamond club but he was the diamond of our trip. We will request him our next trip down, my grandson really liked him. Edwin works hard but he is always engaged in the conversation with the person he is talking to.

Our worst Marriott experience we ever had. From the time we check in we feel the service are bad. I should believe the reviews. Front desk are not hospitable they are worst guest service.( except Jaime he is the only one has a good customer rapport ) also the room service are worst too (rude). I highly recommend stay away in this property.
