Everything was wonderful. Nothing wrong. Excellent service. Will planning to return again. Room was clean all the time. People were very polite. Not took much waiting on the bar and restaurants.

Royalton Punta Cana Splash Review I want to begin by stating my opinions have nothing to do with my travel agent or Sunwing travels but specifically with the resort itself. We arrived at the resort after a long flight, excited to go change and get settled in our rooms. Instead, we were met with rude front desk staff that said grab what we need from the suit cases and go sit by the pool until our is ready at 3pm. We had no access to food, no towels or wifi… just swim and wait. At least they gave us drinks. A thousand years later (how it felt) we got into our rooms. They were ok. Mini fridge had two beer, a few pop and a couple water. As for cleanliness, I couldn’t believe the lack of attention. I checked the sheets but otherwise wore shoes in the room. The beds were awful as were the pillows and the walls paper thin. 24 hour room service may sound amazing, until you see and taste it. The pool is fun but you only get service if you tip high. Two nights in a row the fire alarm would go off every couple hours waking us all up. At first we’d run out the patio doors but eventually tried to ignore it. What if the fire were real? We even heard it through the day. We called and asked for water one day because they hadn’t restocked the fridge or brought clean towels and they said they were on their way. They didn’t come. The food was plentiful, but not good. The pool staff were lovely but the desk staff were rude. The photos are deceiving as they show both resorts yet it is two vastly separated resorts that you can attend. We brought our four kids and two family friends for our honeymoon “Familymoon” and I wanted to come home after three days. I do not recommend.

Food was not great but the pools, water park, and beach were perfect. Room was nice as well. Entertainment was surprisingly good. If you stay at the main Royalton, ask for Cesar as your butler, he is top notch!

Great service, beautiful place
The resort was beautiful. We used the butler service, Cesar was out butler. He was amazing. He checked on us several times a day and made sure we always had what we needed. Cesar was top notch! We went to the shows every night. It was very good entertainment. One thing that amazed me is how many people were out at night. I addition to the shows, there was plenty of outside space for people to gather and spend time together. Servers were always there to get whatever you wanted. All in all, very nice place to visit. Ibwould definitely recommend the butler service.

Amazing!
Very friendly staff, food is really good. A lot of the food is with cilantro but its possible to take that out! Overall good experience.
