Oct 26, 2026Absolutely amazing!
We stayed in the diamond club section that had the butler service. Our butlers were Carlos and Alan. These guys made our trip and stay absolutely amazing! We did not have a want for anything. We have been to this hotel a bunch of times and it just gets better every time we go. If you get the chance to have these two for your butlers you will be very impressed. We will be back soon!

Pickleball in Paradise
We really enjoyed our trip to Cancun. The weather was perfect and there was a wide selection of offerings for entertainment and restaurants. We took in the Michael Jackson Show with fabulous talent, enjoyed breakfast at Braza with the sweetest waitress, Gardenia, and played a ton of Pickleball each morning. The adult only pool and hot tub were a perfect way to enjoy the water in a quieter location. All in all, it was a good trip.
