The Resort was great, staff was very kind, location great. Food amazing. Only downside was the condition of the beach. Butler service was outstanding. We had Enrique and Sarah who helped make our trip so much more enjoyable and fun! Lots of different pools to choose from

Fernando and Luis
Fernando mashan and his partner Luis are the best bartenders in the whole resort. Always keeping the fellas happy. Friendly, fun and amazing service. Always love seeing them both run the bar, no complaints. Best resort experience I’ve had in Mexico.

Caribbean grill at the royalton riviera Cancun
The Caribbean grill in the royalton was 10 out of 10.....The food was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us.....An absolutely perfect experience. The service was second to none, and if there was availability, I would eat there every night..

Edgar at Agave and Alejandro at Conciere
Edgar in Agave was amazing! He was so attentive and so sweet. Overall everyone was amazing and the food is amazing as well. The amenities and the pool and beach is by far my fav. I love Royalton, this is my 5th Royalton so far. Alejandro from concierge is also the BEST. He’s taken care of my boyfriend and I like 5 stars.

Accommodating for Food Allergies
Waiters at Agave were extremely accommodating to my food allergies. I initially picked the “battered fish tacos” that were labeled gluten free. When the waiter advised me that the menu was labeled incorrectly he talked with the cook who made me a special gluten free vegetarian taco that was not on the menu.
